If I could give no stars, I would. Unfortunately this office is run very unprofessionally from the Dr. to the administrative staff. Once the appointment was made, I was lied to regarding their calls and inquiries to my insurance company. No inquires were made, just an estimate of the amount I would have to cover. I was given this amount (apparently a random dollar figure) and I paid on the spot. After the appointment I received a bill for nearly $500.00. When I questioned that bill, the administrative assistant, Lisa, told me that me I was out of luck and it's "just the way they do business". My

Ryan and the entire team at the Bucher Dental office are absolutely brilliant. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and are always happy to handle the headaches associated with dental insurance and claims, so that I don't have to do anything! I have been a loyal patient for 6 years now and couldn't be happier. I never feel like they are rushing to get me out the door, and always take the required time to answer any questions I have.
