The Kansas Mission of Mercy is the premier event sponsored by the Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation. The first Kansas Mission of Mercy was held in Garden City, Kansas in 2003 and was modeled closely after the existing programs in Virginia and Texas. The idea and focus of KMOM is simple: to create a dental clinic in a large public space and then treat as many children and adults as possible, free of charge.
Dr. Fales has always been a dog lover, and when he started practicing pediatric dentistry, he began thinking of the possibilities that a dog could bring to a pediatric dental office. After doing some research into animal therapy, he discovered a wonderful organization that supports animal therapy activities.

I love this place because the staff is charming and welcoming, the ladies at the front office are great. I can not say enough about them. Dr. Fales is one of the best pediatricians in the area. He loves what he does. He treats kids with respect and dignity, and kids love him. Every time I take my kids for their visits, we are constantly showered with an exciting experience. He is a good listener, and he takes the time to explain his recommendations. As a result, we don't feel rushed when we are there. I highly, highly recommend this office.

The entire staff is patient and understanding of our young kids and their potential fears associated with visiting the dentist. They are firm but gentle in helping our older child learn to sit through x-rays, etc. They make the entire experience as fun for the kids as possible. My kids love the dogs and fish tanks. Their processes since Covid make me feel like they are doing everything they can to avoid spreading any illness. I highly recommend them!

We love going to Fales. They are always friendly, get us in and out fast, while still taking the time to explain things to my kiddo when she is nervous. Love it!

They have a lot of things that will make going to the dentist fun for kids. A dog (can help calm a scared kid), TVs and tablets, and then they get goodies after they’re done. Dr. Fales is very informative and will take time to answer questions.

Dr. Fales and his staff make going to the dentist easy. So personable, great bedside manner, attentive and thorough. You can tell he treats his staff well and cares about people. They take as much time as they need to with you so if I had to wait for an appointment, I don't mind because I know he'll give my family the same attention.

We had a great experience seeing Dr. Fales. My son who is one and a half does not like visiting the doctor but the team did a great job helping him feel comfortable. They were very efficient, yet thorough, with his teeth cleaning. Dr. Fales and his team spent a lot of time talking with us about some good tips and tricks for taking care of toddler teeth - which is great as a first time mom!

Dr. Fales and the staff are amazing! This was our 3rd attempt at a pediatric dentist and after 2 horrific experiences, all of my kids did great on the first visit with Dr. Fales. Last night he even personally called me to rearrange his appts for today because 2 of the techs had to be out last minute. He did the scheduling himself late at night to make sure the rest of the staff wasn't overwhelmed today. So not only is he great with the kids, but he genuinely cares about his patients and his staff

Fales was great with my oldest daughter who needed some dental work. I didn't love her hygienist at cleanings, but looked past it. The woman who you check out with is always so dry and almost rude. I took my middle daughter there and was questioned about why I would have a 16 month old in speech therapy and told me "the monkey is on your back" regarding fixing my daughters lip tie. No plan of action. No advice. I already wasn't enjoying my experience there and this what made me switch.

Dr FALES and staff was my kiddos first experience for more than just a cleaning - kiddo was told to raise his hand if they were in pain/discomfort - their hand raise was dismissed more than once! Kiddo was never asked what was wrong - kiddo was crying - the response was “buddy keep your hands down” - this action broke trust the patient / dr trust I was hoping to gain on my kiddos first experience.

I highly recommend Dr. Fales and his team. (I do not do that lightly) We needed a new pediatric dentist and he was recommended by other dentists. Both, our seven year old and two year old have had cleanings with success. Our seven year old needed extensive work with anesthesia. I felt confident in Dr. Fales and his team to take care of our little guy and complete the dental work well. The office personnel are genuine and helpful. We have been to multiple pediatric dentists, all over the United States. We have had good and bad experiences. I hope everyone has as good an experience at Fales Pediatric

The staff is wonderful and patient. There seems to be a good sense of humor all around. Dr. Fales has treated my son for many years (he is a 'special needs' young man) and my son is so fond of his dentist and happy about trips to see him, that there is no resistance to dental visits. He looks forward to going to see Dr. Fales! I appreciate the staff's patience with me, too, asking if I have questions, working with me on appointments, helping me to be brave. I have only positive things to say. And I always applaud a professional office that gives back to the community and serves a

I won't take my dog to this office; besides they already have a dog running around the office. They are uncaring and unprofessional. My grandson went there and the staff made him cry

Dr. Fales is an excellent dentist with a great bedside manner. I am the aunt of a patient of his. On Christmas day the poor little patient fell and knocked out a permanent front tooth. We quickly put the tooth in milk and then I called the Dr.'s emergency line while his mom tended to him.

I could hear Dr. Fales family celebrating the holiday in the background of our phone call. Dr. Fales had me explain the situation and then without hesitation he said he would meet our family at his office in 20 minutes. Never did he make me feel like we were intruding on his holiday.

Dr. Fales put the
