Choose one of our best of our specialty dishes to bring home for your whole family to enjoy! Flip's Wine Bar & Trattoria opened in 1985 by a young couple Betsy & Flip, no longer young nor a couple. Betsy and original investor Gail have been the sole owners since 1994. Flip's is simply a "Red Sauce Joint" with a great selection of wines, spirits, and beers.

The host was great, sat us pretty quick and attentive to guests. Very loud and tables were close together it was hard to hear us talk. Our waitress seemed to be over whelmed. Food looked ok, but for the price a bit disappointing. Mediterranean dish had a handful of shrimp on it. Italians like bread, none was offered. Spent over 200 on 4 people, may of gotten more at Jonny Carionos for the money.

Luckily, I scrapped plans to go the @okcthunder game for 8 bucks when I saw fine print on stubhub proof of vaccine required. I have proof f Tom thumb but was irritated as a matter of principle... blessed to have ended up here after another right turn bases on poor directions from my driver !!! Golf, anyone?

The food was pretty good, but we were very taken back by the service. We showed up 5 minutes after my parents who were already sitting down. Our waitress came to our table to take our order (didn't ask for drinks) as my husband was asking questions about different items on the menu she said, "How about I just give you another minute," and walked away. After that we were just wanting to eat and get out of there. Good food but the attitude from the waitress was surprising.

We had the toasted ravioli as an appetizer. Loved the melt cheese inside and fresh basil. Then I ordered the spaghetti carbonara, Spouse had the cioppino. Both came with salads but mine also came with their tomato basil soup which was delicious! The garden salad was fine, nothing special. The Caesar was fine too but I’ve had better. The dressing had a tad too much vinegar, the lettuce wasn’t only romaine but also spinach and what I think is arugula. The Parmesan cheese mixed in clumped since it was either powdered or

We had our girls soccer team and parents go for a team dinner while in town and Flips did not skip a beat in taking on our large party and our waitress was outstanding! Everyone enjoyed their food and had a great time. Thanks for making our dinner so easy that we could really enjoy our time together!

Loved it! Our waitress was super great. The restaurant is beautiful inside. The pasta was fantastic. I had the Mediterranean pasta, and it was really great. We had to leave a little early, so I just got my desserts to go to save time.
Man, big mistake. I got tiramasu, that would have probably been amazing, had they remembered to dip the madelines in expresso, instead of dry. The Nutella "Cheesecake", I'm pretty sure is just an extra freezer burnt piece of Burger King Hershy pie. I guess I hadn't expected a clearly previously frozen, probably came out of the back of a Schwan's truck in '94, piece

It's been over 5 years since I have been here, and the experience was still the same.
SOLID!!
Hands down the best Italian on OKC. This little spot has no waiting list, hand made everything, and they execute great.
The food is so so so good, I was scraping my plate.
Service was good . Although it takes a little longer for great food, the server was great on updating us .
We will definitely be back.
