There are 3 options. The first is via Capitol Hill North. Lots of streets but bypasses downtown traffic. Second is going through downtown; if there is not a lot of traffic it is not a bad route, but not our favorite. Third is by way of 520. If you are not coming during rush hour, this is the quickest option.
Chinese medicine has been used for thousands of years to achieve balance and health. It is based on the theory of "qi" or life energy. This energy is the force behind a flower opening up to the sun or muscles lifting a heavy stone. Health and wellness is created by balanced and abundant qi flow in the body.
The massage therapists at Union Wellness use a variety of specialized manual therapies in their practices. These include deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial work, injury treatment, pregnancy massage, structural work, cranial sacral, Reiki, and relaxation massage.

Massage has been shown to alleviate pain, muscle cramps and spasms, decrease inflammation, help prepare for and recover from athletic events, increase range of motion, improve joint flexibility, and promote relaxation both physically and mentally. Our bodies and minds are affected by stress. Our relaxation massages help to release the tension and stress that accumulates in our bodies.
Expert advice and Chinese medicine diagnosis from one of our founders to improve wellness and address chronic conditions such as weight management, anxiety, depression, autoimmune disorders and others. In a wellness consultation, we will talk through your areas of concern and determine a plan. An appointment includes dietary and herbal therapy recommendations as well as lifestyle coaching and support.

I cannot say enough good things about UCH. They are a great organization. I was hesitant to go back into acupuncture as it had not benefited me before. However, im glad I did. I have had great benefits from UCH.

The staff was so nice in booking me, assuring me they were taking the highest precautions during the pandemic. I chose to see Dylan Spencer for my acupuncture and am so glad that I did. As an LGBTQ + person, I feel very comfortable seeing Dylan as they are very LGBTQ+ friendly and knwoledgeable. I have been going for several weeks now and plan to continue going.

Dylan was very comprehensive

I went in originally to see Roxane about my tennis elbow problem. After the acupuncture I felt amazing all day. The 3rd time I went to see her she asked about the tennis elbow and I had forgotten thats why I originally went in as it had just completely disappeared. I haven't felt it since. Ive had lots of acupuncture over the years from various places and have to say this experience was by far the most incredible. Roxane also put me on a supplement regime to help with perimenopause and it has been life changing. She is a true master of her profession and a stellar human being.

I've come here for acupuncture and wellness consultations with Robin and Roxanne.
For health services I always feel very well taken care of here, and like I am really heard. They take their work seriously and are excellent at what they do. Besides that they are just lovely and interesting people to talk to!
My insurance policy changed so I can't visit as regularly, but would definitely recommend.
They've helped me a lot and am glad they are here to serve the community.

I went here when I was 40+ weeks pregnant. I did daily acupuncture to progress things towards labor and I could tell during and after each session that the acupuncture was effective. I ended up seeing almost all the practitioners over the week and they were all compassionate and knowledgeable. They even provided educational material on acupressure to work on between sessions. I highly recommend this clinic! Plus I love the online scheduling for follow up visits, and they were very responsive to emails.

Went here for several acupuncture sessions to try and jump start labor. Saw three out of the four acupuncturists they have on staff all of them were great!

Unfortunately this didn't help and I had to be induced, but not their fault baby must have not been ready to come!

This did help relax me and I think it made labor easier. I would try it again!

Roxane and her team of holistic practitioners provide excellent care for many ailments. She's really effective in treating a myriad of health conditions and her bedside manner is superior. She also goes out of her way to suggest additional supplements or ways to improve your health. I feel and see a vast improvement in the six months I've been seeking treatment. Love this place!

Roxanne is a very gifted healer. She really takes the time to sit with you and talk to you about what is going on for you. I like the fact that she does continuing education in the sense that she works with different teachers in different types of healing fields. She brings her intuition into her work which is what I love, and always makes you feel comfortable. She did prenatal prep needling work for me and it was nice that she had an air conditioner in the room to keep me comfortable. I would highly recommend her!

I went to Union Center for Healing, as a massage therapist shopping for the best therapeutic massages Seattle has to offer. Alana provided my massage early on a Sunday morning (bonus.) I would like to give this 2.5 stars as it was better than 'meh' but not 'a-ok.'

Pros: professional, good first impression.

Cons: Cold waiting room, cold treatment room, thin blanket, stained chair. I know that these are subjective, but extremely important when the public is coming to you for comfort/treatment. Warm & clean are important & I have lost business of my own in the early

Of all the places in Seattle (not including pizza places or cat adoption facilities), Union Center for Healing is probably the one that's helped me the most. About a year ago when I learned that my insurance covered unlimited acupuncture, I finally decided to try it out - even though the idea seemed a little freaky to me. I was dealing with some weird anxiety and other, more physical stuff, and I did a lot of research before deciding to see if this might be helpful for the things I had going on.

I chose this place because it's just a few blocks from my house. My first visit with the

I have been seeing Roxane Geller for acupuncture for a few months now and I highly recommend her! She is warm, caring, and very professional - plus super friendly. She will make you feel really at home and secure even if you've never had acupuncture before. The overall atmosphere of Union Center for Healing is also very calming.

I am in no way surprised to see all 5 star reviews as of when I write this.

All of the service providers at Union Center for Healing are amazingly talented, well versed in multiple areas of practice and they fit together to form a perfectly balanced team of healthcare professionals.

The atmosphere is calming, relaxed and friendly, the range of services provided under one roof make it convenient for cross-referrals if need be and they are all fantastic.

I refer friends here all the time, whatever care they may need, chances are, they'll find some of the best healing services here.

This review is for the wonderful rolfing abilities of Kate Bradfield.

I have been working with rehabilitating my ankle after a recent break & surgery. Kate's gentle yet deep approach to rolfing has helped me to find more motion in my ankle & flexibility in my foot. I can't tell you how much this has changed my progress with walking with a more normal gait!

Many thanks to Kate for her skill, patience & kindness! Her space is also quite lovely. :)

I have been a client of Roxane Geller for about three years and she is fantastic! She is talented in many different techniques, whether massage or acupuncture or chinese medicine. What is most effective is that she is well versed in all of these, and mixes treatment with all of them very effectively. She is really a sweet person and also takes to time to listen to and ask pertinent questions to determine the best therapy. She is great with people from all levels of experience, especially if you have never had acupuncture.

The new location for the Union Center for Healing is also great. The
