My experience with Dr. Chang and his staff was incredible, from making the first appointment to checking out on my first visit. The staff was very personable, attentive and helpful in scheduling my appointment and very accommodating when considering my time constraints. Dr. Chang was pleasant and proficient, also taking time to explain the exam and treatment. He also worked very quickly, a nice surprise. My teeth cleaning with my hygienist was pleasant. I know. Pleasant? Yes, it was. I will be
requesting him for sure for future appointments.

I'm m 74 and have been to many dentists but none were as good as Dr Chang. He is the absolute best dentist I've seen!!
Dr Chang listens, he's very knowledgeable, very kind and cares about his patients. I first saw him when the crown on my front tooth fell off, had never been to him before and didn't expect a same day appt, but I was wrong! The girls in his front office scheduled me that same day. Writing in response this dentist is SIX MONTHS out for appointment bookings and begs the question of how can he serve his clientele responsibly if he's unavailable and, therefore, unable to disclose fees?

A very friendly, welcoming and competent staff with all the latest equipment. We just moved here from Orange County and the dentist I'd been seeing there for decades had a terrible accident and had to give up his practice so we needed a new dentist and an old friend recommended Dr. Chang. I am always hesitant getting X-rays (I think they're used too much) and my prior dentist for decades never insisted on them but Dr. Chang was adamant he'd need full mouth x-rays in order to be my dentist since I was a new patient--I understood the issue and everything proceeded quite well. This office is wonderful and I can't recommend Dr.Chang enough! Prior to today, I had a bill that my insurance was giving them difficulty with. I think most offices would have just told me to pay the bill. Not Dr. Chang. Their billing person went back and forth with my insurance for MONTHS and never so much as complained to me about it! In all that time I have found the entire staff, from the front desk, dental technician, hygienist and Dr Chang to be friendly and professional. During the time of the COVID-19 they maintain a very strict policy of masks, sanitation and distancing.

Dr. Chang is his staff are just wonderful. He has a great "Bedside" manner. He is very thorough as well as his staff.

I would like to give this practice the usual five stars that I have experienced for the past several years. However during this pandemic this practice needs to make sure the patient is properly protected against contracting COVID-19. I have type 1 diabetes a high risk factor for significant problems should I contract covid-19. This is noted in my chart. have been extremely careful not to put myself at risk. Sadly this practice put me at risk. The hygienist who treated me yesterday wore only a flimsy disposable mask. She got right up close to my mouth and was talking though her mask directly into

This office is fantastic. Everyone who works here is thoughtful, kind, and taking precautions during Covid. Everyone was wearing at least 2 masks and a face shield. You wear a mask up until the exam or cleaning, there is hand sanitizer everywhere, and the waiting room is large enough that you can social distance if there is another patient waiting (they also have seats marked to help you social distance).

Dr Chang is wonderful and knowledgable. I move a lot and have seen 5 dentists in 5 years in LA, NYC, and SF - he's hands down the best. I appreciated that he took the time to answer my questions

We are visitors from the UK, and my wife had a dental malfunction on the aircraft from Heathrow to Los Angeles late on a Friday evening. On the following Monday morning Dr Chang's office invited us to attend his surgery as soon as we called and 24 hour later, my wife's smile was completely restored, and we are completely confident that the advice given about further treatment on return to the UK is professionally totally sound. Dr Chang and his staff were sympathetic, helpful, kind and empathetic. We are profoundly grateful and can recommend Dr Chang and his team unreservedly.

Exceptional Dentist and support staff, we've been seeing Dr Chang now for 2 years and his staff goes out of their way to make us comfortable. I prefer the old method of cleaning w/o the Cavitron and they are great at working with me. I appreciate they are willing to deal with my insurer and all their requirements. I have been going to Dr. Chang for over a year now and I always have great experience with him as my Dentist . Hi staff are all very friendly, helpful, cheerful and very professional in dealing with clients. I always enjoy getting my teeth cleaned because his dental hygienist(s) are always gentle and constantly making sure that you one is quite comfortable. I had a bad tooth infection this weekend when I was in Palm Springs. I found this practice on google and called them. Thankfully they were able to schedule me right away. They were able to fix me right up.
One thing that I noticed was how gentle the dentist was. Usually it's a pretty painful experience because I have sensitive teeth. Plus the assistant, Andrea, was super friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend this dentist.
