Not sure if it was head boss or higher up but was seemed very annoyed to even talk about my vehicle or let me ask an employee a question so on the basis of customer care and concern I would give them a 2. As far as the work on the vehicle. I couldn't say BC I did not take it there simply BC of they m their customer service. Front office assistant and the cat were the only friendly associates... Haha

These guys were great! I had my rear left window motor fail on me, leaving my window permanently open. I called and they worked me in within the week. I lived nearby and have just the one vehicle and they dropped me off at home while they performed the repair! Turns out the factory sent the wrong part and my part was on back order, but they got the window back up and it stays shut! That was my primary concern! Fantastic guys, I'll use them for every one of my automotive needs going forward, most definitely!
