LOVE BILL! My family has been with Bill for like 20 years. Home and autos.
Bill is awesome.
He responds to every single email I send him and is always on top of everything! It never ever ever takes him more than a day or two MAX to respond to my requests.
Even when I bother him with a bunch of stuff he never gets annoyed and answers all of my questions. He always makes sure to help me understand and take care of everything.

Horrible customer service. I don't know what has happened to this office. I had worked with this office for 16+ years. In the process of transferring car insurance and condo rental to condo owner I have been given the run around for 2 months. The first member on his team didn't have the best follow through and seemed to forget what he was supposed to be verifying. Later found out he quite or was let go so clearly wasn't very driven to do his job at the end. But then it really takes a dive. The so called new team member Jordan Rice not only didn't deliver what was talked about
