Babcock Ranch is America's first solar powered town that sets a whole new standard for sustainable, responsible growth. There are six neighborhoods in development and 9 builders here in Babcock Ranch to choose from. Home prices range from the low 200s to over one million. The town is in phase 1 of development but will ultimately include nearly 20,000 homes, a projected 50,000 residents, and six million square feet of commercial space.

As a lifelong resident of Southwest Florida and someone who is passionate about technology and sustainability, I have been very excited to see the development of Babcock Ranch take shape. In 2019, I moved to Babcock Ranch with my wife Nicki and our daughters Stella and Skyler, who attend both Bloom Academy and Babcock Neighborhood School.
Babcock Ranch currently has nine builders to choose from and in Phase One of development, there are currently six neighborhoods being developed. Some neighborhoods are being built exclusively by one builder and others have five or more builders. Each neighborhood has a unique personality that can't be captured by looking at a website.

If I could give 6 stars I would!! So the deal is done. House bought, commission paid, paperwork done. Justin still answers my calls on the second ring and comes over to help AFTER the deal is done… I dare anyone to find that in today’s world. Awesome.

Justin was so helpful in getting our house rented when we needed to move and was able to get our house sold when we decided we would not be returning. He handled everything and kept us updated throughout the process. We could not have done it without him! I highly recommend him for any real estate need you have.

Justin was fantastic! We used him for a new build in Babcock Ranch. He was extremely helpful answering questions about the town and amenities. He was super helpful answering questions about different options and giving honest feedback as to which options neighbors wished they had purchased or which they felt were not worth the cost. He constantly sent us updates and pictures of construction as it progressed. He really made the process much easier and less nerve wrecking.

We met Justin through another couple that bought a house through him in Babcock. They told us he was really good and conscientious. They were right. From beginning to end he was there for us. Our needs were met and then some. We closed last week, and we couldn’t be happier. I would recommend him highly!
