The Massachusetts Academy of Real Estate has been named the Best Real Estate School in Massachusetts. We offer pre-licensing classes for salesperson's and brokers. The sales course is only $ 365 and includes the material. The Broker course is $ 385 and includes the text book and supplemental material to help out students.

We provide all of our students with an online testing program that assist with exam preparation. We also allow our students to sit in on a course again at no charge within one year from course completion. Please join us so you can be prepared to pass the exam the first time. Our students come from Boston, Brookline, Braintree, Quincy, Waltham, both South Shore and North Shore towns.

Exam Registration if taken before 3/1/19 Report

To schedule the exam you will need to mail your application to the exam HQ (cited below). Once approved they will send you an email with instructions as to what you need to do to schedule your examination. 3) Broker ( Bond and Employer Broker Certification and license information.) In Addition to the pages we went over in class the first four pages of the PDF below needs to be sent in with the paperwork you have already received.

Charlie, you did it again. I was able to pass the board exam on my first attempt! The class was phenomenal. Study material was extremely helpful even once the class ended. I highly recommend purchasing the CD study guide after taking the course. Can't say enough good things about the entire experience.

Charlie is the best real estate instructor one could have. He's extremely informative and resourceful and makes the class enjoyable. I learned a ton from him. I thought the class would strictly be about laws and procedures for real estate agents, but he gave valuable tips above and beyond that. Also, I took my salespersons exam 3 weeks after his class and passed both parts during my first attempt. Charlie Burke has my highest recommendation.

Charlie is the best of the best. His method of teaching mixed in with his stories really helps to close the loop on the learning. If you are looking to get your sales person license or your brokers license, Charlie's class is the one to go with.

I took the one week sales course and passed the exam the first time. Worth every penny. Charlie's style of instruction takes what could be dull content and makes it real and accessible. I appreciated that he shared his vast wealth of experience with us.
