Services
For over a decade, Sheryl has been managing Social Security Administration and employment disability cases for the firm. From working with clients to corresponding with agencies and insurers, she helps clients through the entire claim process. Stay in treatment. There must be medical information to support your claim to prove that you are unable to continue working.
We advocate for our clients to receive the benefits they deserve as a Disability Attorney. There are several types of disability cases; we'll work with you to determine your eligibility. If your medical conditions prevent you from working, you may be entitled to benefits from the Social Security Administration (SSA).
Fees are for time, knowledge and labor by the firm. They do not include costs such as mailing, medical records, or travel. Generally, fees are paid to us through the responsible program such as Social Security or the VA. Fees are controlled by law, and the firm follows the standard. Expenses are the costs we incur for gaining evidence in your claim.

Mr Driskill was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and in what order on my disability case. He was very patient throughout the process even when I got a little down about it. He was always pulling for me and suggesting things to submit and who to contact. Would definitely recommend.

I have been trying to get disability for 4 years(average amount of time). They have been awesome fighting for me and appealing when necessary! If you have to leave a message(rarely) they get back to you quickly! They also have texting for their clients and they respond that night or find out the answer and call you the next business day. If they don't know an answer to your question, they find out! Their lawyers and all the staff are very professional! I had another lawyer before this that didn't help near as well.

I engaged Ashley Morgan to assist me in creating a will. She thoroughly reviewed my situation and recommended the creation of documents that would ensure that I had representation, both financial and health related, in the event that I were to become incapacitated. They were so great, I'm looking for places to leave reviews! My second case recently settled, in my favor, I will add. I was kind of a tricky case, I don't think most offices would have taken it on. I'm so glad they did! Today, I needed help like right now and Andrea came through with a letter for me in less than an hour. This is after they've received their payment! I have always been able to get help quickly and they are all very pleasant, every single time.

Instead of the years wait you hear it takes to get a disability, they got mine in 6 months and my girlfriend's in 5. Very friendly staff. My interview I was asked about other symptoms I hadn't thought of, but had.
Years before, I tried to talk my girlfriend into filing and had gone to another firm. She was told to file on her own and when she lost to come back to them. Filing on your own is almost a guarantee to screw up your case.
I've recommended them to several people.

I'm so glad my friend referred me to this office. The entire team was extremely helpful from the initial call that I placed to helping me get the social security I needed. I was always kept up to date as to what was happening with my case and never once felt like I wasn't a priority. I will be sure to refer anyone I know to this office too...

Aside from Tiffany calling social security and trying to get our money situation fixed, but didn't, this form showed absolutely NO interest in our case or us at all!!!
Oh, they called at least once a month, "where's our money" was all they ever asked.
8 months as a client and NEVER once even seen an actual lawyer! Or ever actually talked to one!
You will NOT be a client here, you will be just a check in the mail.
