Here In Atlanta,Ga they never answer the phone and they are very money hungry. They refunded me on a property that I Applied for which was terrible by the way. The check was refunded back due to insufficient funds. That wasn’t in their account. So I had to wait for the bank to mail the check out to me and re-deposit it which took even longer. I reached to Lan Weber to she could contact her bank to speed up the process. She refused to do anything. Do not rent from these people. They property aren’t decent at all.

Emory needs to ban Lan from posting her properties on the Off-Campus website. She will badger and harass you into signing a lease. Lan and her "team" (of like 2 people) will call you multiple times a day trying to create fake "demand" for her property, pressuring you to rent from her. Lan started YELLING at me about signing a lease, which was such a red flag of what renting would be like. The prices on the Emory website will say one thing, but then she will try and charge you a higher rent. You will pay many deposits and fees upfront, and you will never see that money again if you rent from her

I sincerely wish I would have did my homework before dealing with Lan Weber. She is deceptive and extremely unprofessional. She asked for an unreasonable amount of money to be paid before she would even show me the agreement she wanted me to sign. Although I did give her a deposit (which I now regret) I thankfully did not enter a contract with her. If you are thinking about doing business with her, please watch out and pay attention to the red flags.
