Now that everything is finished with my divorce case, I wanted to take a minute to recommend Flood Family Law, LLC for anyone who needs a great divorce attorney. Kate and her office staff were very kind, patient and knowledgeable and made me feel seen and heard and got everything done in a pretty reasonable amount of time. I went into this pretty scared and clueless, and they answered all of my questions and helped me get the resolution I desired - happily divorced and no protection order against me.

I can't possibly express how i truly feel about the experience i had. Kate was amazing. I had just gotten divorced and was struggling with getting child support which was actually the smaller of the issues. I then found out there were some serious things going on in the fathers home and i needed to get my kids out of there unfortunately. Kate went above and beyond to work with me. She was always straight forward about what to expect and let me know so i wouldn't be surprised. I am so blessed to have my kids with me and in a happy and healthy environment. I'm not sure what would have happened otherwise

Do not waste your time or money! Katherine was late to court every time, the only time she actually made it to the court room was when I told her it started 30 minutes earlier than it actually did. I did not get the results I expected or even close to it! The most horrible feeling is when the judge asks you where you attorney is and tells you “We can’t wait any longer!” She never tried to fight for anything just went along with the motions of the court. Just go with someone else please save yourself the disappointment of what this office will promise you!

I had my children lost due to my alcohol addiction that had taken a turn after my wife had passed away. I agreed to let my late wife's sister and husband have the children for a VERY SHORT time until I "got my act together".
