ZEN Massage of Salt Lake City was founded in 2006 with a mission to re-invent the standards of modern massage therapy. From our opening day, we pursued extremes in quality and service that go far beyond what is considered "adequate" in the hospitality industry today. Why are we so obsessed? To convince those who have never had a therapeutic massage to consider its value in maintaining their good health.
Stress, pain, tension, and fatigue are common in today's world but rarely are they dealt with. The effects these factors have on blood pressure, immunity, sleep, and general health are dangerous and can lead to serious health concerns later on in life. Stress leads to chronic muscle contraction which causes serious pain, compromising your quality of sleep and resulting in fatigue, which raises stress even more.
Today's athletes expect the most out of their bodies to perform at maximum efficiency. This can cause serious stress to be put on the body which in turn can cause muscle fatigue and even serious injury. Sports massage therapy is specialized massage therapy that identifies the muscle group in need of repair and works to minimize the stress put on the body by aggressive training.

Went in for a birthday massage. My first time going to zen. It started out with a personal, by name, greet at the door and felt very welcomed. The atmosphere was perfect. The smell, the music and vibe. My therapist Shar, has a gift. the flow, pressure and routine was perfect. I highly recommend giving this place a try. It was truly everything I needed.

In contrast to the experiences I’ve had over the last few years with massage therapists, Brice listened and adapted the massage to make sure the pressure wasn’t too strong nor too soft. He checked in multiple times throughout the massage and ensured the experience met expectations. I appreciate the communication throughout the process.

This place is great! The facility is beautiful and very relaxing. Brice was very professional and kind and focused on the areas I was having pain. My back, neck, and shoulders haven't felt this good in a long time. I would totally recommend this this place.

WOW! Never have I had a massage therapist move so quickly, yet s thoroughly! She has been practicing massage for 15 years and definitely knows what she's doin. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth here. She is also really great with people and makes conversation easy... if that's the kinda thing you like

I found myself with sometime to kill in Salt Lake while there for business. I searched for a massage place and Zen massage came up. Peter came in special to see me on a Sunday. It was truly one of the best massages I've ever had! Peter was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. It was a great combo of massage and stretch and I felt great afterward. Go see Peter...you won't be disappointed! Wish he lived closer to me :)

Reegan was my massage therapist. She is absolutely wonderful. This was my first time there. From the time I walk in, she greeted me and made me very feel very comfortable. I explain what my problems area was. I walked out feeling light and stress free. Reegan also showed be some stretches to help with the tenses in my shoulders. Highly recommend going to her.

DO NOT GO HERE. It's a ma and organization. I scheduled a couples massage for Feb 13th for Valentine's Day and they called hours later saying there wasn't any availability in the first place. They said they would refund my money and offered me a good luck. Most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with.
