Full Settlement services are offered throughout the United States. In many states, we offer traveling witness closings at any convenient location to the buyer, seller, real estate agent, or loan officer. Whatever it takes, we will meet your closing timelines. If a state is a non-attorney state (attorneys are not required for real estate transactions), we utilize state licensed, trained, insured, and registered notaries for settlements.
Substitute Trustee services are offered throughout Virginia. Let our professionals call your public auction at the steps of the local courthouse at the date and time advertised. You can register/list our individual trustees with your business, outsource this service, expand your offerings, and lower your costs.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company ever! I will not ever use them or recommend to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would. They mishandled my title and kept the sale of the property from going through. Do not believe their add as they are very misleading.

My wife and I were purchasing a home and contacted Carteret Title. I highly recommend them. Being a first time home buyer we were unsure of the process and everything we needed to do but they were very helpful and I didn't have to worry about a thing. The whole team was very responsive and on top of things not to mention extremely polite. Thanks to them we are now proud homeowners of our first home.

We are selling a house in Valdosta Ga, and live in Fl. I contacted Carteret title(in January 2021) due to it's website saying it works nationwide. My contract was given to Destiny Coleman and thought all would go well. As time went on, I never heard from her nor did the lender's bank. My wife has been in contact more with the buyers lender than I have with Destiny. I did a 3 way call with the lender and Destiny over 2 1/2 weeks (around Jun 1st) before we went on a trip to Italy and thought everything would be ready for closing when we returned, since she said it would be. Most of the feedback here are so fake , this title company is worst among all other title co, they’ve no any knowledge about what they doin? They lie most of the time, it’s better to be homeless than closing home with this title co, they postponed our closing date upto 8 times and keep lieing each n everyday! Also they don’t do servey so mortgage co did it so this title co should be locked by government n need to close and stop them to work like this! Plz read my feed back before you choose this title co!
