Moved here from out of state last month and realized that our Toyota Prius C needed immediate front end attention. Chose Alignment & Brakes Specialist because they were closest to us and their many good reviews. The repairs and costs were appropriate based on the age/mileage of the vehicle and lack of previous mechanical care. They were professional and we are very pleased with their service and work. My daughter went in for an alignment, left with it pulling as if nothing were done. When she went back they told her that her tires were too old and the tread was unequal on each side. Why would he have aligned it in the first place if the tires were "too old"? The alignment is so bad, if she let's go of the wheel, we literally change lanes. I would not suggest this establishment. A lie is a lie regardless of how you try to spin it sir.

No warranty... Told me what needed to be fixed Paid for front alignment ($85) and diagnostic on rear ($85) , took car home to fix the rear suspension. Took the car back and they wanted me to pay for an alignment on the front again and the rear after telling me the diagnostic fee would be credited to that alignment. I guess they thought I WAS STUPID AND WOULD PAY THEM AGAIN.

They did a wonderful job on my brakes. I was having issues with a rotor screw being stripped, and they had the screws out within 15 minutes. Not only that, but the three different employees that worked with me all were professional and gave me a quality experience. I will be taking my car and my wife’s here anytime they need serviced.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Took my truck in for brake work due to brakes being out. Abs and brake light were on. The brake cylinder had went out and leaked fluid. They replaced the part and charged for a system bleed after doing the work. When I picked up my truck the abs light and brake light were still on. Backing the truck out I told them the brakes were… not right. They said they were and sent me away with non working brakes and lights still on. I got to Firestone down the road they lifted truck up and this shop did not bleed at the wheels. The fittings were still dirty and untouched. Firestone

They are very disrespectful the install a smart start system in my car they installed it wrong i was told to bring the car back to then to get it fixed i did and the said the fixed it but it was still not working right i was told take it back to the for a second time to replace the unit he put it on the computer and said it was working fine i told him that the note said to replace the unit he got mad and push my car out the garage and started cussing at me they cost me a lot of money and time take my advice stay away from that place
