I recently used Hanks for some repairs on my older model pickup truck. I can say this is an "old school" style auto repair shop. The people are friendly, and they know what they are doing. They are very communicative throughout the process. Both times I took my vehicle there even though they were swamped they somehow managed to get my truck in, diagnose the problem, and get it fixed within a day or so. They are up front and their prices are beyond reasonable compared to some of the big "chain" shops in the area. Highly recommend them and I will be using them for all my future repair needs.

Went to Hank's a week ago based off of a friend's recommendation. Not at all disappointed with the service, work quality, and cost. I now also highly recommend them.
I am about to move and my vehicle needed some exhaust pipe work done in order to meet compliance for the next state. The professionals at Hank's were able to fit me in though they had a sizeable list of vehicles for that day. Both front desk and shop personnel were helpful and friendly.
Once I received my vehicle, a closer look showed consistently good quality weld beads/lines throughout the assembly, meaning that they did not rush

Love this shop, the mechanics here know what they are doing and you can rest assured that they will be honest. I have had several bad experiences at other shops but this is the one shop that I will trust. So, if you’re looking for good trustworthy mechanics; Look no further, go here! They are fairly busy most of the time and parking can be tight. Just stop by and talk with someone to see when they can fit you in and they will do everything they can. Parking can be found on the back street as well as in front. Get there early to beat the crowd. Definitely wish y’all took appointments but I totally

I do not recommend this place they said they were gonna do a tune up they didn’t it still misfires the same way it did before and they also stated something bout my tie rods being bad yet they didn’t tell me anything else or ask me if I wanted them fixed now I have to take to another shop to get an actual tune up and get my tie rods fixed complete waste of money I will never do business with them again also after only few days of me having truck back the service engine light came back on not a surprise due to misfires that they clearly did not fix

I had the best experience I have ever had at any vehicle mechanic. I got exhaust, new tires, leveling kit, and alignment all done on my ram 1500. Took about a day and half for them to do it on top of all the other vehicles they had. They were helpful and kept up with the emails I sent them for pricing and to set up everything and they quoted me a price and it was exactly the price at the end! I will be going back to them for sure!

Great shop. Between Hank's and Oliver Bros Transmission next door, they'll find and fix your vehicle's issues. The transparency of the mechanics is great. They'll tell you what needs fixed and actually fix it. Hank's prices are reasonable too. The only downside to the shop is that they're so good, sometimes they get backed up and it can take longer for repairs to be made.

Thank you for the hospitality! I am so glad I got new tires with good tread before the winter weather! I feel safer on the road.
Also thank you for saving me some $$$ when another tire shop told me my rim was too bent and that I needed to buy all new rims....turns out it wasn't that bad. I appreciate the honesty and not just trying to up-sale me.

Amazing people and great work!!! I needed breaks and rotors, well mike drove it and it needed a little more. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the service and the help these guys gave me!! my truck was shaking for a couple mnths and now drives great!!! I recommend Hanks to everyone!! and the price was very comfortable too!
