She migrated in the US in 1995 and passed the California Dental Board in 1998. Dr. Sheila Roxas attended the University of the East Dental School in Manila, Philippines. She graduated with a Degree in Dental Medicine in 1994. She migrated in the US in 1995 and passed the California Dental Board in 1998. Dr. Roxas worked as an associate for 8 years before opening her own private practice in Glendora in 2006.
