I made an appointment here as a new patient and called to confirm that it was for a cleaning. The Office Manager, Julie, told me that I would not be able to get a cleaning on the first visit because I had to get x-rays and an exam first. I was unaware that this was policy and was willing to get both the exam and the x-rays, but I was also requesting to get in for a cleaning. Julie acted annoyed that I didn't know I couldn't get a cleaning and was super sassy with me. My mom called to verify our insurance with them, and then Julie was absolutely disrespectful to her as well. My mom let her know

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Bowen, and his entire staff. I've only been in there twice so far, and they're already changed my life!
