Pam has called Fountain Hills her home since 1974. She has raised 3 children in this beautiful community. Pam began her Real Estate career with Nabers Realty in 1984 and in 1990 took over the Property Management Dept. Karol moved here from a small town of Kankakee, Illinois in 1979 and resided in the valley where she has raised her 2 children until 2015 when she moved to Fountain Hills.

My mother owned a duplex in Fountain Hills. She passed away in 2004 and the property was passed on to me in 2008. Nabers managed the property prior to 2008. I live out of state so I was totally dependent on Nabers to manage the property. She has always done a great job on keeping the units occupied and her fees are reasonable. Pam has always communicated any issues that have arisen and issues fix within a reasonable time frame. Nabers keeps immaculate books and I have never had any issues when filing my tax returns. I highly recommend Nabers Property Management.

Nabers has been managing my rental property for 11 years. They have always been excellent. Rentals were great. They were always there if anything needed to be taken care of.
