Jim Geldien and Mark Ficklin are hands-down the best! From Listing to Sale, their expertise and experience were invaluable. Within 4 days of Listing they had negotiated TWO competing Contracts to Purchase---and both Contracts were for over Listing Price with a "no repairs" clause. Only skilled Agents could have accomplished that. Very thorough team of agents. They understood what I needed and went about providing options.
