I sent an inquiry about a house they have listed as available and I received a canned email reply that didn't address me by name, didn't address the question, just info on the builder they work with, a pitch for their mortgage person of choice and a map of available lots.
If it's really that easy to sell a house, why aren't more people doing it? Good luck with this approach after the market shifts to a seller's market (post forbearance).

Goly is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. She was the property manager for our town home and when it came time for us to move out she requested us to have the house deep cleaned by a professional company. She stated that “if y’all provide a copy of the receipt then y’all will get the deposit back.” No where in our lease did it say that the house had to be professionally cleaned.
