Walked in for single slices. Nobody wanted to take my order and kept passing me to other people. Waited 15 minutes without even being able to order. Then I carried a pizza out for an older lady struggling who said the Calabria guy said he would carry it out for her but just left her stranded. Would rate a zero if possible. Calabrias used to be the best place in town. Response: I have been going to your place for years. The last pizza I got with mushrooms for takeout you forgot the mushrooms and tossed them on last second. Got home to a wet cold mushroom pizza. Last night, there was many customers

Calabria was recommended to us by a few friends who live in the Livingston area so we decided to give it a whirl.
We ordered the lentil and sausage soup which was delicious.
The chicken noodle soup was very bland and sent it back.
The Caesar salad was good, very large but could use a tad bit more dressing.
We ordered 2 pizzas. One plain and one with half sausage and half pepperoni.
Pizza was perfectly crispy and had great flavor ( I like my sauce a bit more tangier)
Loved the small pieces of pepperoni. Each slice had a great amount. Same with the sausage.
Had the Lava cake for dessert. Delicious

-4 slices were ~ $18
-2/4 of mine were still raw after being cooked and then reheated
-The staff lines the area in front of the slices case with to go orders, which creates a mess of people picking up and trying to order. They should organize so that the front counter isn't a free for all.
-Upon learning of the issue on Instagram the business decided the best resolution was to immediately block - no semblance of an apology for the raw food.
If you're going to act like the best, execute. When you don't execute, own it.
This is Jersey, there is good pizza with better experiences elsewhere.

So my cuz & I came here...its her to go spot for pizza & well it's delicious. We had a couple slices & a sausage spinach garlic Stromboli....everything was hot fresh & so good. Jersey pizza at its best. The family run & owned business made us feel like family. Chatted & just enjoyed . Only complaint would be too much cheese im the Stromboli & not enough sausage.

Sat in the pizzeria because the restaurant was closed. The pizza was DELICIOUS. My husband and I killed the whole thing while we were there because it was so good. I will say though that we did almost leave without paying because we asked for the bill 3 times and waited 1 entire hour for it to arrive… we had driven an hour to get here so we had a long drive ahead of us. I understand busy and all but I just figured they would need our table if they were that busy.

Want to talk about a good pizza, let's start here. We drove 40 minutes to try Calabria after seeing a pizza review that gave it a very high score. We were not disappointed one bit. We ordered the Portnoy Thin Pizza and the Upside Down Thin Pizza and although the Portnoy Thin crust was very good, the highlight was the upside down pizza. It had flavor, crunch, and everything else we wanted in a good pizza. The staff was great and even came around to talk to us. It has a liquor license so we were able to order a glass of wine with our dinner.. This was well worth the drive and we will do it again

I just ordered from this restaurant for the first time and I ordered a steak salad with red onions, cucumbers, tomato and a honey lemon dressing well it sounds like it would be Awesome considering the total was $21.55. Well in reality the steak is dry and looks like they used their hands to cut the steak and the red onions are in chunks at the bottom of the plastic see through container along with old cucumber that are inedible and the tomatoes are the small plum tomatoes that are old as well and next the dressing is nothing but oil and after telling them I was calling from a hair salon you would

Amazing owners, excellent service and their pizza was pretty good. I tried their portnoy thin crust and their hot honey pepperoni. Both tasted good. I prefer my pizza a little more crispy and the pie had some flop, so next time I might ask for a well done cook or get their super thin crispy pizza. The owners made me feel like I was family and for that reason I give this place 5 ⭐ instead of just 4. Support this business and see why Dave Portnoy gave them 8.9 on his scale!
