She became concerned with those who are at the nursing home or hospice and those who are fighting cancer. Audrey works with special populations paraplegic and quadriplegic, stroke and right side paralyzed as well as the athlete or weekend warrior.

Relax and enjoy 60 minutes of heaven as our therapists uses various techniques such as swedish, therapeutic, PNF, triggerpoint to relax and loosen your muscles. This session is for those who want a little longer time to ease their body mind and spirit. Design a custom session with our therapists or relax while our therapist works on your knots!

I had a lovely bodywork session with Audrey. The office was easily accessible, warm and inviting. The actual massage room was relaxing and clean. They were VERY respectful of CDC guidelines and took extra precautions to ensure my safety. The actual massage was invigorating and relaxing at the same time. I, personally, had a therapeutic massage, and felt infinitely better and more loose afterward, and for many days to follow. I, personally, have issues in both my lower-back and shoulders, and after just one session with Audrey, my entire spine and shoulder area felt 10 years younger. I'm thrilled

I was incredibly lucky to find Audrey via the Pagans of Arizona Facebook group. She officiated our handfasting ceremony on November 1, 2020. She was very thorough and detailed, and didn't hesitate to communicate with us to make sure everything went as planned. Even though we had no idea what we were doing, she reassured us through the whole process. The ceremony was gorgeous and we couldn't have asked for anything more perfect.

I have been receiving massages by Audrey & her staff for nearly a decade. Always a solid experience and often a phenomenal one. The therapists customize treatments to what your body tells them it needs. Bodywork can be as varied and specific as each client which makes the experience so beneficial with one's body releasing the tension slowly over the next several hours. I've been with Audrey now for close to 10 years. She and her staff are always incredible with handling all needs. I've most recently been seeing her weekly after and auto accident and when I say she and her team are miracle workers it's an understatement. Best massage experience! I love coming to see Audrey...I call her my fixer. She is very personable, and will do her best to work on whatever it is that is bothering you. She’s very experienced, and armed with the knowledge to fix any kinks or knots you may have. Audrey gives the best massage I've ever received. I was referred to her by Dr. Visser who does great acupuncture at Foothills Neurology, where she worked prior to her opening her own place. Her room is quiet and tranquil. Parking and location are a breeze. There is no need to tell her where you hurt, she is able to feel it. She is soft spoken and professional. After finding Audrey, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently had a massage with renee and it was my first time she was awesome!!!! She communicated very well and took out the knots I had in my neck and back. I recently just had hip surgery so she was extra careful not to hurt that area. I definitely left feeling like I got my money's worth and will be going back to see renee. Miss Audrey comes highly recommended by my boyfriend. Though we currently live in CT, on our most recent visit to Phoenix we scheduled massages. This was a "must do" when visiting his hometown.
Miss Audrey definitely did not disappoint! Her deep tissue massage was by far the best I ever had! Sixty minutes of pure bliss. If I lived in the area, I would frequent her office on a regular basis; however, for the time being I will definitely make sure to stop in EVERY time we come for a visit :)

I have visited ALW massage several times and each one has been a great experience. While many massage therapy places ask you what you are experiencing, ALW actually listens and the massage is catered to your individual needs. The location is clean and professional and the staff is always helpful and kind. This is one place I'd highly recommend :)

I loved my experience at ALW! They were very prompt & my massage took up a full hour (unlike the 45 minute massages at massage envy that they SAY is an hour).
Audrey has magical hands. I could tell she has a lot of experience. She knew exactly how to handle my tense muscles. I came in with a migraine & knots all over my back and left floating on a cloud of relaxation & peace. Migraine gone, knots gone, everything did!
