My husband and I love living here it has felt like home so quickly. Service has been fast and efficient, the staff have all been so friendly and I absolutely love my home. We made the right decision to move here.

My three sons moved into this apartment complex June 2020. I was nervous since one has a medical condition and this would be the first time on his own. The complex is beautiful and I love that it is gated. Lynn in the office knowing my son's condition always notifies him when they are doing fire alarm tests and invites him into the office for coffee. She is just wonderful and he feels so comfortable being there. Joe in maintenance is wonderful after seeing my son's vehicle would not start he helped them put in the new battery. Any maintenance issue has been resolved within 15 minutes when they

Two years ago I moved my parents to Orange City so they would be closer to me. I was unsure how apartment living would be, but Grandeville on Saxon is a 5-star property! When they moved in to their ground floor unit, the apartment was freshly painted and had new flooring. All my parents had to do was move in! Whenever anything needs servicing in their apartment, the technician is quick to respond and resolve the issue. The property is well maintained. Most recently they replaced the entry gates, pressure washed breezeways, cleaned dryer vents and this week they started seal coating the parking

So the maintenance people here are amazeballs. I put my work order in on a day off and all of a sudden they came in less than an hour. I have only rented twice in my life but this crew at Grandville has set the bar. I am ecstatic with the way these guys handle the day to day.

This place is garbage find a better place the ones next door are a better deal. Don’t fall for the 199 non refundable cleaning deposit it’s a set up to give you a larger bill once you move out. The mandatory valet trash service is a joke . The office staff is incompetent I wouldn’t hire them to watch grass grow .

I like living at Grandeville. Cannot believe I am almost at the end of my lease; time flies! I would recommend the place : the maintenance guys and the office staff are awesome, always very responsive.

Love this community!! My mom lived at Grandville for 2 years and the staff was always very nice. Grounds well kept, place looks really good. Beautiful pool and the basketball court which was my nephews favorite. Nice neighbors as well. Nice place to call home!

Great place to live. Very happy with the office staff, Lori O is a very pleasant person to communicate with & she is always there to help when needed! Maintenance upkeep is impeccable! Everything is fixed in very exceptional time. Highly recommended!
