Dr. Tim Gravatte and his wife Holli are the proud parents of four children; Ethan, Nicholas, Emily and Benjamin. When not dividing his time between the two practices, Dr. Gravatte keeps busy with his beautiful family and helps coach his boys in T-ball and little league. She was at Dr. Zaffarano's side through the initial opening of our clinic and has never looked back!

After making a weekend appointment and driving 2 hours from our hometown, we were told that the treatment we came for could only performed on weekdays. They knew what we came in for, we stated it while calling to reserve a time. Once there, they proceeded to snicker and be snide towards my fiance. Quote, "I don't have patience for this girl." And then, to top it off, they were going to charge $300 for a procedure that's half that price at other clinics. Taking advantage of the fact that they're the only clinic in the area. Pathetic service, completely unprofessional, and a disgusting price point

Critical: Professionalism, Reliability
They turn down legally owned animals if they are considered native wildlife. Even if they are purchased legally and kept as a pet, no permit or license required, they refused treatment. Not professional and quite cruel. We love our snake and will be going to a different qualified vet now.

The veterinarians and vet techs at Pennyroyal are, by far, the most caring and personable staff I've encountered while trying to find a quality primary care clinic for my 4 year old rabbit. They answered my questions and concerns with absolute sincerity and genuinely cared about her well-being and comfort as well as my own. More so, when I was unsure about how to give her injections, the staff was kind enough to teach me and my boyfriend how to do it on our own, and was extremely patient with us.
