Services
Many of Dirty Girl's projects are done entirely in-house as Design-Build, where we are contracted to undertake both design and construction services and realize your project from start to finish. Other times, we join collaborative teams as the General Contractor exclusively. Regardless of our role, DGC considers strategy, communication and transparency paramount and we encourage teamwork at the earliest stages of your project.
With much of his youth spent in the field working numerous construction trades throughout the Midwest, Dan's undergraduate studies in Construction Management at OSU eventually led him toward management-level positions.
In his thirty-five years of experience, Dan has worked in mortgage banking as a National Account Manager, a Project Manager for high-end residential and multi-family developments, and as a Site Superintendent for custom residential, TI and boutique commercial projects throughout Southern California.A virtual walking encyclopedia, Dan's ability to source, implement, design and problem-solve are unparalleled.

When we bought our first house back in 2008 it was relatively move-in ready, had good bones and a great location and large back yard. There weren't any major repairs needed. We knew that eventually once we could afford it we would update the linoleum kitchen floors, old kitchen cabinets and a few other things.
Specializing in integrating art into the home, our carefully selected cadre of associates pull from a broad scope of knowledge, experience and resources to offer a choate design and installation process for fine art, bespoke furniture, delicate vintage and antique pieces. As designers and builders, we understand the small motions that contribute to a piece living on a wall, as opposed to hanging on it.
