This place made a lot of mistakes on my tax return .When I came back to confront the issues with the manager he got really defensive
I try to talk to him and he got really upset and asked me to leave .
I had to pay doble the money to fix their mistakes. Sometimes is better to pay a little more and get the taxes the right way.Unfortunately You get what you paying for. I will never come back to this place.Very rude and unprofessional.

Great Customer service from the first date I enter to the office. The CSR was very help full and I left with my commercial policy GL and WC in less then 1 hour. My mother has had car insurance using Gama Insurance Agency (Progressive). I review her policy and found out she was under insured. I made some calls to get quotes for car insurance. We decided to change her policy to another major insurance and stop using Gama Insurance (Progressive). Gama Insurance Agent told my mother that they had to be present to cancel the insurance policy. I decided to call them to find why was such a hassle to cancel a policy given that my parents were elderly. I was given some excuse that is state regulations. My parents cancel the policy that day.
