My name is John Harwood, and I am the sole photographer and proprietor of Nevada Photography Solutions. I eventually developed an interest in landscape and portrait photography. I'd been told for years by family and friends that I had a real talent, and should try and make my photography more than just a hobby.
Our premium 3D 360° Virtual Tour service. Nevada Photography Solutions provides our 360° Virtual Tours through the CloudPano Platform. Agents/Clients can showcase their listing in a completely immersive, high resolution 360° environment. You receive an email with this information, and the rest is up to you.
Nevada Photography Solutions is FAA Part 107 certified, and offers high quality Aerial and Drone photography. In today's highly competitive real estate market, improved sales effectiveness is now a major priority. Aerial/Drone photography is the perfect accompaniment to professional photos to showcase your home or listing, and make it stand out from the crowd.
Properties outside of these areas are subject to a travel surcharge starting at $20 depending on your location. All properties within 5 miles of an airport require air traffic control clearance before aerial/drone photography can be done. All aerial/drone photography is contingent upon getting the proper FAA approval.

John absolutely makes my listings pop and stand above the others. 450 Zillow views the first day! His amazing photos are the difference in selling your property and it sitting. He takes his time and gets the perfect shot, delivers the results astoundingly quick and creates an amazing virtual tour (branded and non-branded). The twilight pictures are so worth it, go for the little upgrade for your main MLS photo! The drone footage is very impressive as well if you are trying to show the total property. Very impressed, will continue to use him for all my listings!
