Today on Beauty Trippin, Erin and Lily are getting ANOTHER round of full body wraps and this time it involves anti-aging seaweed! Clevver is hitting a Korean day spa for a seaweed wrap, full body scrub, and therapeutic massage. Due to the popularity of the Spa, we recommend that you schedule your appointment two weeks in advance to ensure the time and treatment of your choice.

Post COVID updated review: Ok so after the whole Wi Spa debacle I decided to try Spa Palace again. While the surrounding area is less than desirable, the Spa Palace itself is beautiful. They have new reception staff who in my opinion are much friendlier than the prior receptionists. I love their jacuzzis and the fact that you can turn on the jets in the warm spa. The aesthetic of the jimjilbang is really wonderful- particularly the gold sauna and the sauna that actually makes you feel like you're in an authentic Korean hut. It is just so much less packed than Wi Spa as well. I haven't

I had an amazing experience. body treatment (did the royal palace, $150) combo w/ body scrub was like nothing I've ever experienced. 3 types of water to emerge in, several different hot rooms and topped it off w/ the ice room which felt amazing after all the sweating I did. I love how you can do all of this before/after your treatment or both. 24/7. and I got $9 from the restaurant with the Thai Tea...yum! place was CLEAN, service on TIME,and thoughful trinkets. I gave 4 starts b/c my primary reason for going was relaxing and be alone, they have signs up that state to be quiet in the areas, but

I been going to the spa palace for a while sometimes twice or more a week , I like this place the staff are very nice , and great amenities and clean, but sometimes I ignore people they ho against the rules off the spa but today was really disappointed from three guys the are in mid twenties to early thirties I think it looks like there first time there, they kept their shorts on even in the jacuzzis which they shouldn’t and they have their phones with them in the jacuzzi and start taking pictures and videos and they turn the video camera to me sitting on the chair naked next to the jacuzzi and

Horrible place. Dry and wet sauna does not work properly. I was sitting around 10 minutes and froze. Empty plastic cups right on the floor inside the sauna. The guy Lee who works at the front desk very aggressive. He was yelling at me and pointed his finger right in the face which is ridiculous! He hurt my hand. I gonna talk to the manager.. I can sue you guys ( check your cameras).

THIS IS A SPA NOT A GYM!! Please stop talking loud and stop slamming the locker doors! As much as I wanted to relax after 16 hours in the Emergency Room, I'd rather be in the ER.
And cleaning crew pushing the trash bins on wheels up and down the halls was not part of the "Zen" music i think anyone wants to hear and talking so loud on their cellphones.
This was my first visit to this location but not first to day spas. It was very confusing and wasn't told any info that the key bracelet is linked to the assigned number locker.
Sad that I have to give 1 star because I had

So glad this place has reopened! Been here a few times since the reopening and each time has been great! Honestly prefer this place over Wi spa since it never gets as crowded as Wi spa. Arrived at 8pm yesterday and basically had the women's side to myself a few times. Lots of room here to socially distant but steam/dry sauna are a bit on the smaller side.
Will say that the menu in the restaurant has changed a bit but my go to items ( seaweed soup, spicy rice cake, vegetable bibimbap) are still on the menu so it doesn't effect me much. Also will say that the last two times I've

First time at a Korean spa. Wonderful experience. Got the full body scrub for $50. Would recommend trying it if you've never done it before - makes your skin feel very soft. I also really enjoyed going from the hot jacuzzi to the really cold one then the warm one. And just relaxing/chatting in the common room with my friends.

It had been over a year since I last came and I was glad to see the business had not closed down in the pandemic.
Their new hours are 10am-11pm. Almost everything was as I remembered. I appreciated the security guard was helping to enforce masking.
People were still now adhering to the clothing rules and use of cell phones in locker rooms.
A few things that were a bit different... The menu items were not as traditional as before. I ordered the bulgogi bibimbap, and there was hardly any rice, and way too many grilled vegetables. And it was just grilled vegetables and bulgogi. That seemed really

Expectations were high, being that we are familiar with this style of spa. The massage session was lacking. Masseuse didn't seem to have a massage routine. Very soft touched and zero muscle tension relieved. Plus no tour of the facility nor complementary slippers given until returning to the front and asked. Not a fan of this place. Should there be a Next time, I'll be sure to ask for someone that can apply the pressure that I need.

Spa Palace...very mixed feelings about this place.
So lets break it down.
PARKING - Skeeeetch af. Be sure to get parking INSIDE the garage. If you see the valet person, pay the guy. To this date we're not even sure if he worked there or just some rando who set up shop. There's supposed to be roaming security in the garage. The garage is pretty small (about 20 spots). If you find yourself parking outside, play it safe. Hide your valuables and lock your car.
CONCIERGE - Make your way to the 3rd floor. You'll be greeted by the ladies working at the concierge desk. The spa package

Spa Palace is a great place for couples, groups, and families. It's super clean and I love that everything is co-ed. I just wish they had better customer service. When we checked in, the woman at the front took our payment, handed us towels, and walked away. We just stood there looking puzzled until she came back. After telling her that this was our first time there, she gave us a quick 15 second breakdown and walked away again. I tried asking a few workers some questions in the locker room but they didn't speak English.
