KURE Mobile Massage founder, Ada, has been a massage therapist for the past 12 years and has since looked for a massage oil that is most beneficial for her clients. Not responsive and hardly texts back. Yelp page says to text for appointments but when I text, responses are very limited or none at all. The last text I asked if there was availability for a particular day and not a single response back. I tried calling..again nothing. Apparently this is an issue this company has faced per reviews from several years ago. Wouldn't recommend a company who doesn't seem to try to work with customers for their business.

Ada has been nothing but amazing! With every massage my body has felt so much better. I requested the 10 massages post surgery and I couldn't be happier. She not only removes excess fluid and swelling through a the lymphatic massage, she also uses an all natural oil that is great on my skin. I loved the oil so much I purchased a bottle from her on days she wasn't there.
I would definitely recommend Ada. She is thorough, kind and truly makes you feel so comfortable!

Kur Mobile Spa is simply the best! Ada is the most amazing therapist I have had in my life and if you combine it with a clean diet and exercise her reduction massage really helps improve the appearance of skin, specially in my legs, it is noticeable form the very first treatments.
She is also very flexible and super nice. A hide gem in L.A!

I called and left a detailed message. No response. I used yelp with a with a specific date and time. I was told by owner she would be in contact soon. Never heard back. That was a week ago. Wasted time. By reading some other reviews this was not the first time this place pulled this crap. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

FOR ALL YOU GIRLS IN LOS ANGELES AREA...Just had my Lymphatic massage at Kur Massages with Ada. Such a great experience. She took her time and really made me feel important. She told me what she was doing and why she was doing it. I tried other places but this is the BEST.She is in Downtown Los Angeles which is close to me. She also travels.

I have been trying for the past three months to book an appointment with KUR. They have been incredibly difficult to work with. Here are some of the problems that have prevented me from getting a massage from them.
1. Multiple attempts to make appointments. Although it is understandable a busy business may not be able to book appointments easily, they had promised to return calls to help us book time for following weeks but did not. This was extremely frustrating.

It was a bit confusing communicating to set up the appointment and some information like on which floor wasn't provided until we got there. But overall, hubby and I were happy with our deep-tissue massages. We had Groupons for 2 individual massages but Ada was able to put us in a couples room since it was open that day. Ada tuned in to my sore muscles and provided some good relief. Hubby also had a good session with his massage therapist.
Had to pay for parking, since it's downtown. Maybe make it a night out with a massage and dinner out.

Ada was amazing! She really customized the massage to meet my needs. The groupon deal was worth it. Thanks to Yelp I was warned about the parking issues and was prepared. I parked in the Pershing Square parking lot across the street for $7.00. That way I also had time to explore DTLA area as well after my massage. I will be going back.
