Sarah, Chad and the guys are a dream to work with. Keep in mind I am slightly car illiterate and i always enjoy coming to Arnold auto to have my car worked on, NOT only do they take excellent care of my car when it is in their hands, They also take the time to make sure that i understand what is wrong with it and i have all the options on how they can fix it.

Quite disappointed. I had been taking 4 of my vehicles to Arnold's for 5 years. Last time was for a hydraulic fluid leak in a Jaguar convertible. In the meantime the one mechanic on duty had cut the tubing at the hydraulic pump I assume for measurement of the tubing diameter purposes. I was told a couple of different times that they were still attempting to get the required tubing. After literally months of waiting on the tubing to arrive it still never did. I took the car directly to the Jaguar dealership in SLC. Within 2 days the tubing was ordered and arrived and was installed. The origin of

I've been taking my vehicles here for several years and the crew at Arnold Auto have been fantastic. Despite the same last name, there is no relation - I'm actually from the opposite side of the country. They've always been fair with pricing and upfront about what needs to get done versus what can wait a while. This! This place is legit & not like the other places who charge too much for things your auto doesnât need! Iâve personally seen Sarah assist an elderly customer with his annual car registration; super kind & helpful. Chad gives it to you straight. If your car parts still have life, heâll advise you on cost of repair & how soon youâll need it. I feel like Arnoldâs treat you like family!
