I've been driving for 12 years. Ive been with this Agency for 8 years. No accidents. Not even a single ticket. I was paying an outrageous rate for full coverage. HORRIBLE business practices. They absolutely will rip you off... Quite frequently, they add random things to your bill. Have to fight tooth and nail to get them removed and they'll argue and say you added it. DO NOT SET UP AUTO PAY. If you call them out on this, they will go out of their way to not work with you. They wont even call you back half the time. Especially now with the pandemic going on. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I would just like to say that this office is great! The staff is awesome and helps in anyway they can. I have been insured there for several years and its always a pleasure to work with them for my insurance needs. Nicole is great..she has been there forever and is extremely helpful and knowledgable and does everything she can to make you feel comfortable and at ease with any worries or concerns you might have.

Excellent experience. Worked with customer care rep Jessica whom was able to find me savings in both my auto and homeowners policies. I found Jessica to be very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient and had my changes in effect within 30 minutes I would highly recommend Joe Veiga State Farm insurance agency to everyone out there.
