No to be rude, but it's literally the worst sushi I've ever had. The Chinese food is probably good but you can really tell they put sushi on the menu solely for more business, not because they are good at it. Just don't do it.

Delicious Thai red curry! Hot, spicy, and nice fresh vegetables. A touch of pineapple too which was really tasty. I'll definitely be ordering more.

The food is terrible. The rice does not even taste like chinese rice. The spare ribs have a sour taste to them and a strong smell. So gross would never order from here again nor recommend

Ordered online through their website for delivery. After waiting over an hour and a half we called them about our order. They then informed us they had no driver for the evening... and that they had tried to call us multiple times (given I'd been on my phone whilst waiting, this clearly was not the case) and proceeds to hang up on me without inquiring if we wanted a refund or to come pick up.

Best house made hot mustard ever! Pu-pu platter was good and had a decent amount of food. Hibachi steak rice was flavored well but the meat was dry and the pieces too big. The scallion pancakes were too greasy to enjoy. We'll go back but not order the hibachi steak rice or pancakes.

We order on occasion when I feel like giving them a try again. Okay food but not as good as others think. Stay away from the sushi here if you tend to enjoy it elsewhere. the wings are good. the apps are decent. Not the best but far from awful.

The house mei fun had hardly any meat or vegetables and was just a huge pile of noodles. Not a lot of flavor either, needed a good dose of duck sauce. The spicy tuna roll was kind of gross, actually. The spicy tuna in the middle was like pate. The sauce was in a tub, separate, and there was no ginger or wasabi. It was not that good and I probably would not order from this place again.

Love their wonton soup, The food here is exceptional love the fact that I could choose from Japanese food as well. Chicken wing and coconut fried shrimp are the best...live this place, people are friendly restaurant is always clean. Food portions are worth the money. Try it out. You won't regret it.

Really good beef noodle soup. kinda like Pho noodles. Unexpectedly tasty, ample amount of good meat. Probably best within 100 mile radius.

Lo Mein is adequate.

Pad Thai probably is not my first choice

We've ordered food from Hibiscus now several times and have been very satisfied with the food and their prices.we were pleasantly surprised at how good their sushi was. For the price, you get really generous portions of fish in your sushi roll. I've tried their dragon roll, their salmon roll, and their tempura shrimp roll. All very good. My wife's favorite there is their crab rangoon. Really tasty feeling!

"Is this business Kid friendly?" I sure hope so seeing there was a ten year old cashing me out.
Why so much seaweed in the Miso Soup? It tasted like a washed up sock on the coast of the Pacific Ocean and not in a good way.
Spicy mayo was good though.

Honestly the food had no flavor, and was over cooked.their boneless ribs taste like they're a few days old. Sushi definitely was not fresh.

I love coming to this place. Cheap food and the people are awesome. Seems like the only place i can get flavorful fried rice in western mass. Only down side is spare ribs could be better everything else on the menu is delicious

The food is so-so. Nothing special. Most restaurants have decent substitutions for pork but they don't. Even vegetables instead of pork fried rice is an extra $7 on a $8 meal. Duck sauce is another extra 50 cents. Then there's a minimum card amount. They Nickel and Dime you for everything. I hope they don't nickel and dime themselves out of business. They don't get much foot traffic and the parking lot is always empty. My beef tasted spoiled, so I can tell that it was old. I hadn't eaten here in years, and I couldn't remember why. I'm glad that they reminded

This has become my default Asian food restaurant in Holyoke for both pickup and delivery. Chinese, Japanese and Thai all under one roof. They have been more than accommodating with modifications as well. Pad-Thai noodles instead of wide, Bok-Choy in Tum-Yum, a custom sushi roll that is not even on the menu. Consistent well prepared and tasty food, and always delivered hot.

Had today eat in chicken with peanuts. The chicken pieces were fried and dark sauces was very salty and lots and lots of celery. Will not eat this again - too much salt.

7/29/18- had General Taos chicken and pork fried rice and the rice tasted terrible. I had sushi and the rice was crunchy. We will not go back again. Too bad.

First time ordering from there. Saw better reviews than the one on Appleton St and decided to give a try. I ordered lunch special chicken with broccoli and a side of chicken wings with pork eggroll.. THE BEST! The rice was delicious. Chicken wings had great flavor. The only thing I did not like was that it took about 1hr and 10min to get delivered. I had called to ask and they we're nice. Good and polite workers there. Overall at the end of the day it was worth it. Definitely recommend! My new Chinese takeout favorite!

Ordered two dinners for delivery. Boyfriend's dinner had a very long strand of hair in it. Person delivering the food sat in front of our house and called me instead of knocking on the door. Why is this becoming the norm?

I've gone to this restaurant many times, and I can never get enough of the amazing lunch specials (Favorite a D1). The lady is extremely nice and the environment is just simply soothing. It's comfortable and modern which is great. Their sushi is so wonderful especially the Shrimp Tempura. I also LOVE their Crab Rangoon ! Best I've ever had. I highly recommend this place.

Our family of 4 stopped by on our way to the Hartford airport. Upon entering we were greeted by a friendly lady who sat us at a table. The tables and decor are dated and stark. There was no ambience, no music playing, just silence. There was no working bathroom, which is disgusting! The spicy tuna roll was not good. Tasted like bad canned tuna wrapped in rice. The soup was ok. The bathroom thing though is gross, they shouldn't have been open for business without a working restroom.

New to the east coast and enjoying exploring new locations for dinner out and about - This place was great! Very clean and inviting - the owner was sweet and very attentive and polite - Each dish we tried was tasty, hot and savory. We will definitely be back now that we are living in Holyoke - this is a new business - give it a try - you won't be sorry

We just had a X-mas eve dinner at Hibiscus, and we're so glad we tried this new place. Three of us- two omnivores and a pescetarian- had shumai appetizers, Chinese food, sushi, and tea. All of us were impressed with our dishes. The steak in the steak udon was tender, veggies crispy, noodles chewy & perfect. The chow mein was light, crispy, and a good mix of veggies. The sushi was fresh, tasty, and our sushi-eater gave it two NOMS. The layout was small and simple, but local-Mom said it's brighter and more open than Golden China was. Vegetarians will like the variety & freshness

New Asian restaurant in the area. I frequented the former golden china at this location and the building had gotten very run down, so much they had to get out of their lease and move.
The building was bought shortly after and has been renovated by the new owners. Very clean inside and welcoming. Tried a variety of items and the Chinese food was very good. I did not like any of the sushi rolls and probably won't order sushi here again. I will however return for Chinese. Prices seemed reasonable.
