Project Description: The Medical Center project converted an existing 3,600 sqft office building into a new modern medical facility consisting of state-of-the-art physical examination rooms using the latest technology and an appealing patient special environment. BeeGate worked very closely with the client to ensure proper functionality was maintained within an efficient but limited space.
Project Description: Engineering design services and field observation services were performed on the project. Project included Phase II site design, AC24 and AC27 building utilities design which included: sanitary mains, storm sewers, fire protection lines, design of 350 LF of underground utility tunnel, entire site final grading, and other.
Project Description: Approximately 36+ miles of rail, 10 passenger stations and a central maintenance facility was constructed. Over 500 utility relocations were designed, coordinated and successfully built through duration of the project. Construction support, guidance and coordination were provided to multiple subcontractors and utility owners.
