When my aunt passed away, the prospect of clearing out and selling her home was overwhelming. She lived in another state, I work full time, and the house had been in the family for 70+ years. Once they were allowed to start, Joe and Nick Santoro had the house cleared out in two days and sold within a day or two of listing. We finally convinced my mom to downsize her home and move closer to us. Even after moving her out, downsizing and getting rid of a lot of stuff, we were overwhelmed with how much was still left in the house! Luckily, we were able to contact Joe and Nick for their services. Since we live out of state and could not do it ourselves, they were able to clean and clear all the contents out prior to listing the house for sale.

Working with Joe and Nick was an extremely, pleasant experience for us. We were challenged with emptying out our mother's house as part of the estate process. Joe Santoro was professional and responsive as a an estate clean-out professional and real estate agent. As I am an out of state executor, Joe made sure to handle the real estate dealings, inspections and accompanying corrective repairs. He acted in my stead at closing and kept me abreast of all happenings, including texting pictures during clean-out.
He was able to sell my mother's property within the first weekend it went on the market at above asking price. The price paid was worth the value of clean out and real estate services. I could not have sold this property successfully in such a timely

We were located out of state (Florida and Seattle) and had my parents house in NJ to clean out. What a mess it was! We also needed to sell the house but the house needed to be cleaned out and it needed A LOT of work to bring it up to the tastes of todays buyers. From clearing the house out to repairing the interior, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.. "In the middle of this COVID pandemic we lost our Aunt, who passed away at age 100. We are both in our mid 70’s and were afraid to fly from our home in Minnesota. We did not feel comfortable driving over 1,100 miles to our Aunt's home to settle her estate. We needed to clean out her house and try and sell some of her belongings.
