I had to change insurance companies and get Landlord's fire insurance to do short term vacation rentals. I am in a high risk brush fire zone 6, that no insurance company wants to insure in, especially with all the tremendous losses that "burnt them" in Calif.

Lisa and Rachel are great. I have worked with Lutz for around 7 years on many of my policies. Both personal and my business. They run my car/motorcycle insurance, renters insurance as well as my businesses product liability insurance.
They recently saved me about $3K a year on my product liability insurance, which obviously is a nice little chunk of change that goes straight to our bottom line! They are responsive, courteous and friendly.
I would definitely recommend them to friends, family and work colleagues.

I was recommended to reach out Steve when we ran into Health Insurance issues earlier this year with all the recent changes. Steve was really attentive and provided great advice and was also very sensitive to the timing of the situation that I was in. Brock is awesome! He takes care of all our insurance needs, both business (liability, workmans comp, auto) and personal (home and auto). Brock is always available whenever I have a question. One of my biggest frustrations in dealing with brokers is them not getting back to me in a timely manner, or not being available after I sign the dotted line. This is not the case with Lutz & Means. Brock will be on vacation and he or his office will get back to me right away. As a side note, I'm pretty sure I'm one of those "needy" clients, but they never make me feel like I'm

I searched the internet for nearby insurance agents to sign up for new car insurance and they were the closest. From the minute I called them, I got outstanding customer service! I spoke to Broke and he found me the best deal for what I was looking for. I've now had their insurance for years, and they have ALWAYS been there openly to answer every question i've had. If any research was involved, they got back to me very quickly and always kept me posted on the status.
I've been able to call them to make a payment

Brock and Viri are amazing and have helped at the drop of a hat when I have been out of the country and unable to handle my insurance needs. They have been proactive in letting me know how I can lower my insurance needs and proactive in initiating and writing my new policies.
