Hidden in a nondescript strip center, this is a decidedly casual but handsome little place, with cozy booths, tapestry-covered walls, and Persian artifacts strewn about the room. The servers at this family-operated eatery go out of their way to accommodate guests and the food is authentic and well-prepared.
A handful of eggplant dips, like the borani bademjan, which is a mixture of fried eggplant, yogurt, grilled onions, garlic and mint, is a soulful way to start. Kebab plates --- we enjoyed the chicken barg (thin cuts from the breast) and the beef koubideh (extra lean, marinated ground beef) --- are served with a mountain of saffron-scented basmati rice and are large enough to share.

Not a good experience! First, we ordered the food by phone for pickup but were told we had to pay cash or we would be charged a $10 credit card fee. Also, the man on the phone said the price was $61 (with tax), but when we went to pick it up, the price was now $72. Very unprofessional. We've been here before, but now the prices have almost doubled and the food is terrible. We ordered tahdig and threw it in the trash after one bite. Instead of being the golden, crispy crust (that sticks together) with fluffy rice, we received broken up pieces of black burnt rice covered in very oily ghormeh sabzi

How can I say anything negative about my experiences in any restaurant that currently struggles to keep their doors open and not fire staff?
Perhaps a little improvement on the Tahdig could have made my life happier, then again is 1500 in the afternoon and Ramon is not in the mood to keep cooking
I got my self here, and I’ll make the best of it,
I trust it will get better

Food is good, make sure the price in the menu is the real price. We had an issue with that. The waiters were really friendly and nice and professional, but the place seems to be in the middle of unpacking or construction or something, so it's not really pretty, but it has three tables outside, which is nice. The food is quite nice and the portions generous. They have many options.

Terrible food!!! Who puts hot meat kabobs on top of cold salad inside a to go box? We drove 20 minutes to get there and by the time we arrived home the salad was hot. Gross! The chicken koubideh tasted like seafood and looked old. They also did not give us bread, but we got the butter. We had eaten there a long time ago but never went back. We wanted some Persian food tonight and it was the closest to our home so we decided to give them a try once again. NEVER GOING BACK. We spent $45 for food I wouldn’t feed my dogs. Do not eat here!
