We have been here for almost 6 months, and we love it! Had a few problems right after we moved in, but they were taken care of right away! The staff is very nice and informative. We have moved a round a lot the last 3-4 years, but this is the one place I see my family for years to come! They have properties for any budget or school district.

Horrible place to do business. The first red flag was when they demanded $50 for a key so I could see a property. Second red flag was no one would accompany me to see the place. 3rd red flag was when I get to the property, all doors where open. It smelled of mildew ... I took one step inside and left. I was so insulted. I thought it was some sort of JOKE. I went straight back to this "management" company and had to ask for my 50$ back... these people make you feel like a criminal. The old woman in the front was disgusting in every way. HORROR COMPANY..

Upon moving in the house was VERY dirty (my realtor who works for another company not gregory, who helped me take photos of the house prior to signing can vouch this) none of the blinds worked, back fence was a wreck, ceiling had water damage, garage light did not work, plumbing was awful (which this we didn’t find out until moving in obviously), paint missing in numerous places, dents, microwave rusted, garage sensor wires old and garage rales squealed when opening due to being old and rusted. Took pictures and reported most of this that we wanted it fixed prior to moving in and signed the lease

Gregory Property Management is one of the larger companies in Tyler and has a very good reputation. I have found them to be superior to the others in service, responsiveness and overall quality of work. As usual it is because they have really good people. They are friendly, calm and reassuring to tenants and know how to handle problems in a way that promotes good will and cooperation. They manage all our property and also buy and sell for us. they are excellent in all areas.

Absolutely WORST property management company in ETX. House was in horrible condition and when asked if and when those items would be fixed was told to stop talking or I would get hung up on. HORRIBLE AND THE MOST RUDE STAFF as soon as lease was signed. When I told David I felt in danger he had zero regard and dismissed my fear with his affirmation that he would get to it eventually. For almost $2000 per month in rent, I feel exploited to say the least.
