I'm a returning customer. I forgot my wallet but left it a block away. It's not like I'm a stranger to this office and I have brought more than one dog here. The lady told me I had to leave my dog with them to go get payment for the office visit. Did she think I was going to run away and not come back for the heart medicine that i needed to make my dog comfortable? That was frustrating and a bit insulting. I also noticed on the bill that they charged me $42 for a shot of Furosemide - a very common diuretics. A pill would have been adequate. They want me to come back Friday

Drs. Bentley are a wonderful veterinary team. Unfortunately, we met on the last day of my fur baby's life. They helped him make a peaceful transition to his forever home.😥 They were prompt to acknowledge my family's emergency and rearranged their schedule.

Dr. John and Dr. Angela came highly recommended for at-home-euthanasia. Our 14 yr old Labradoodle, Otto, was in great pain and suffering due to arthritis. We took Otto to Drs. John and Angela for a consultation. They both examined poor Otto very gently and compassionately, and gave their opinion. They suggested a trial of steroids and pain meds for his severe arthritis, which we opted to try. That hospice care gave us another month with Otto. Finally, it came time to transition Otto to doggie heaven. We knew that we wanted to say goodbye to Otto in our family home...the home he loved and
