Old Shell Road Animal Hospital is the Chick-Fil-a of the veterinary world: the best quality pet care performed by the best in the area. It starts with Hannah when you walk in the door or call. I’ve experienced Chelsea the most, so I’m giving her props as well! Then there’s Dr Cross, God’s gift to Mobile, AL pets! They obviously love what they do, they treat my boy like the superstar he is, and they never mind telling me multiple times what he needs and explaining everything. They deserve a 6th star!

Dr. Cross and her staff are amazing. The way they interact together like a family and the way they treat the animals like they are their own is why I chose to bring my pets to them. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Once you meet Dr. Cross, you will understand what I mean. It takes a special person to do that job Dr. Cross and her staff are special. Ive loved Dr Cross since she started at the clinic years ago. Just recently was able to bring my own pet to her. My cat had a full annual, spay, microchip, nails clipped the works! They were wonderful with my baby. Very accommodating I couldn’t be there early to drop her off for surgery so they worked with me! Called to check up on her. Worked with me on a time I could bring her in for a follow up appointment. And even when I was acting like a crazy cat mama they seen her and reassured me everything was fine. I highly recommend Dr Cross and her staff!
