Critical: Professionalism
I was looking for an apartment a couple of months ago. The woman who answered the phone at the Biltmore/Beaumont (when they answered) was not personable, acted like she couldn't care less about my plight. Looks like I am GLAD I never followed through with this one!!

I have been renting form these people for almost 2 years and have tried to be patient as our apartments are brand new and was hoping it was work out the bumps. This is not the case, these people are so greedy and unwilling to work with you on almost anything. If you rent from them you can count on being pushed around. To begin with the breakers in our apartment were tripping all the time (multiple times a day to where you couldn't play games or watch tv with out everything shutting off), every time the electrician came in I was told that only one tv and one PlayStation on a whole wall was causing

DO NOT RENT ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES. On valentines day my apartment flooded due to a sprinkler malfunctioning two floors above my unit. I was informed by the fire department they couldn't get ahold of the landlord. I was up all night cleaning up the water. Initially the alarms went off at 1 am and no one came until around 8:30 am. I tried to call the offices and later learned that they changed the voicemail system at Woodland Meadows just two days prior so I did not have a contact for in the case of an emergency. They gave the fire department the wrong contact. I was very upset that I was kept

I've been here for 5 years and whenever I have an issue it gets fixed promptly. Not happy when there is a fee added each year to the rent.

If I could give 0 stars I would, they havent gotten back to me about them trying to get us to pay almost $10,000 when we had to move because of covid. We are in the middle of a pandemic do you really think people have this kind of money. Would love if someome would get back to me from yall or from fairwood square

Seriously wish there was a way to do 0 stars... they are greedy, don’t maintain the premises, are highly unresponsive to everything and anything. I rented from east gate apartments and I will say the management was god awful. Asked for copies of my lease and turns out the wrong dates were put on. Tried to break my lease when my dates and contract were a joke. READ THE FINE PRINT!!! This company will find anyway to take your money and not even care.... seriously worse company to rent from. And they wrote my check to my ex for the deposit when it was me that gave them the money order. I would not

Least professional business office I have ever leased/rented from. For potential renters- PLEASE DO NOT LIVE ANYWHERE WITH THIS COMPANY. I'm happy to share my experience in full detail if you reach out to me, but let's just say from move-in to move-out they were unprofessional, negligent, disrespectful, and potentially unlawful (issue still pending). During my time at these apartments there was unleashed aggressive dogs living there, ignored maintenance requests, incorrect billing, entering my apartment without notice, smoking in my apartment, flooring that tore up repeatedly, defective appliances

Have called to get shrub trim call about ear wigs. Also ask if I needed a work order(no) also maintenance if talking would do it boy this property look great. Outside also needs spraying. I like living it's very convenient. Just now opened dishwasher and ear wigs were there. Was would be put on list.

Living in Granite Point Apartments was not bad. They repaired things that needed it when requested (fulfilling minimal duties). But upon moving out, don't expect a security deposit refund, unless you ask for it, three times, over two months, for YOUR money. Then, when you get it back, they'll say they had to get new stovetop drip pans for $130! And they'll say they mailed it to you two months ago.

I'm a new tenant this last month. So far so good. I haven't experienced apartment living in a long time so I was wary. The complex itself is very quiet and peaceful with nice, respectful neighbors. The management staff is very friendly as well.
