Unfortunately, it was the day before Thanksgiving so things were delayed.Once the work was started, Amando called me and kept me appraised of the work and cost. Terrible & VERY long experience. This place had my car for two months, Armondo is rarely available & leaves Jazmine to fend off worried or angry customers. Women be prepared to be talked to condescendingly & treated like this place is doing you a favor. No written estimates given, only a screenshot of a computer screen. The worst auto repair experience of my life. I appreciated Armindo's friendliness but the service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. One excuse after another. I am SO DISSATISFIED & ANGRY. Aamco had my car for two months (08/06/21 - 10/12/21) After getting a clean bill of health (diagnosis) from Meineke although I did need to have the 150,000 mile transmission service. I've had my car back less than a week & it's now dead in my driveway, it's a Hybrid. I've had to call AAA 2 times as well as GEICO 2 times. They quoted me a price and took 600 dollars to tear it apart
After it was completely torn apart they called me and told me it was 1000 dollars than the original estimate
If I didn't want to proceed they would pile all the parts into the bed of my truck and I could have it towed somewhere else
I was completely at their mercy since I was already in 600 dollars

I really wish there was a no star score available. I am a very honest person and I gave this place an opportunity to just diagnose my car paid 120 upfront which I should have waited until diagnosis was done. Was promised a 3 hour time frame to get my car checked out and my car didn't get to even get looked at. I had an 8 am appointment, 8 hours later no one called or updated me. So I called and was told they didn't even look at my car then when I asked for my refund Armando changes the story and says the guy did look at it and it's just in his head and not on paper. $4500 for a rebuilt transmission on a 2005 Nissan Frontier. Transmission fluid was good (I have pictures of it). Shifted and drove FINE only issue was it lagged when getting into reverse. They 100% take advantage of their customers by twisting the truth and pressuring you into making a decision. And they overcharge by A LOT. Google "AAMCO transcript" and that is almost exactly what I was told: words from a script. Take your car elsewhere.

Soo bad. Went there for a clutch replacement. Quoted me 700. Ended up taking weeks longer and paid almost 1600. Then got home to find the car pouring out trans oil. Car never leaked before. Took it back and the manager told me it was engine oil and wanted several hundred just to diagnose. After threatening to take elsewhere and sue the found they left the damn trans bolt out. I wish that was the end. Weeks later car started making horrible noises. No motor oil. This was a meticulously maintained car. They won't take responsibility and I can't prove it so now I'm stuck

These guys are great! 4 years ago they replaced my Pilot Transmission and it is running strong. I just took my Hyundai which I thought was having problems.
They ran it through testing and discovered it must have been running in Manual Mode.
They showed me how this happened and it was an education to me.
Very courteous and do not try to "fix" a problem that is not there like one of my friends experienced.
I did not think twice about going anywhere else.
With so many small shops around don't take a chance and go with people who really care.

I wouldn't even give this place one star. I took my Tahoe into this AAMCO because of problems with my transmission. I met the manager Armando and he told me I needed to have the transmission rebuilt and paid them almost $3300.00 to do this. He told me it will be like new and gave me a year warranty. 13 months later I'm in Orem Utah with my kids and the transmission went out again. I had to have the transmission fixed in Utah and have a friend come pick me up. I called and talked to Armando to let him know what had happened and he told me I should have had the car towed from Utah to Las

I called ahead of time and did not get a call back so I drove to yhe location. I searched around for the manager and was told he would ne back soon after approximately 45 minutes Armando returns I told him I had gine to another Aamco 2000miles away and they required me to return to my nearest location and perform the 10 day recheck. He told me he couldn't because he was inundated with work and besides that he would probably needs to order a part. Went here for an estimate for the State Program and had a horrible experience. My car was running the entire time they were performing the inspection with the air on full blast. After waiting for over an hour all they diagnosed was tires. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. There was no one in the office and it took forever to get any service. There are better mechanics in the surrounding area. Don't waste your time or money.
