Chose this place to have my car fixed after something on the highway messed up some pipes on the undercarriage causing the engine to overheat. Opened up a claim through my insurance just in case the cost were going to be expensive, fortunately the repairs were not. Experience with my insurance was pretty bad , but not with Doc auto, everyone from the front desk to the owner were great and answered all my questions. They did a good job of explaining what needed to be done and were very honest with me. They made such a good impression on me that I will be coming to them from now on for maintenance

Doc Auto Repair is outstanding! They repaired everything in my car that they could at a great price. They also let me bring it back in and corrected everything that malfunctioned afterwards (Which wasn't their fault) Free of Charge! I would highly recommend DOC Auto to anyone in Las Vegas in need of Mechanic Services.

Owner told me I needed a new engine. Did the swap. The new engine was garbage. Had "warranty" but charged me $1500 ON TOP of what I already paid for the first engine to warranty it and get another engine. My mistake was going here first and not getting quotes elsewhere. Definitely don't come here for new engines. Do some shopping around

Have been coming to DOC Auto repair for many years now, not only me but most family member too. Always had a great experience with them. Prices are reasonable and great on labor. They always explained what needs to be done and give me options on buying part myself or they can get them for me. Overall my experience has been very good.

Having had a rather horrible time at a previous repair shop, found this place super close to my house. Took my Jaguar here to diagnose the AC which was blowing extremely hot. I won't bore you with all the details but they did the diagnostic for free. Charged the AC and put dye in the system to check for leaks cleared the error codes in my system (checked my tires as a special request) for $140.04. All took about 45 minutes. ON THE SAME DAY I CALLED. The AC is pretty good now, not perfect, but that was also covered by Damian, who said they wanted to let me drive it like this without a full charge

Had a time sensitive repair that needed to be performed on my vehicle and couldn't wait, so I researched various auto repair shops around Vegas. Doc's auto repair was one of the closest to me and based on what I saw from my research, I decided to give them a call. What I experienced was very good customer service, Dominick worked me into their already tight schedule, and I was able to get a very important brake job done on my vehicle. AC compressor went out. I brought it in to these guys and it was a smooth process. They explained everything they did and what was actually wrong. I had a gut feeling when I brought my car to bigOtires on Nellis that they were not acting in good faith dealing with my car so I'm glad I found these guys. Dom even gave me a reasonable quote and also help me out to check if there was a leak in one of my hi lines.

About 3 weeks ago I took my Lexus into Damien with DOC Auto to have my timing belt and water pump changed.
Because this was my first time taking my car to DOC Auto, I wanted to wait before writing this review to make sure there were no unexpected problems, and so far so good.
I decided to switch from my other mechanic because, although they did good work, they kept raising their rates and over charging for parts and very simple fixes.
Two things I really appreciated about DOC auto is that they offered me a very reasonable rate and let me buy my own, genuine OEM parts so that I new I was using

Wow! I was referred to DOC Auto by a friend yesterday when my car kept dying as I drove. I let Dominic know over the phone that I knew it needed a new MAF sensor. He told me to bring it over and that he could let me know today what was wrong.
In under 2 hours he called me back and let me know that it was in fact the MAF sensor needing to be replaced. I knew I could purchase the part at AutoZone for a pretty inexpensive price so I ask if I could pick it up and bring it over - Dominic said, "sure thing!" and let me know it would take about an hour. I've been going to DOC Auto since I've moved to Vegas, and so far, I haven't had any problems. They were recommended to me by a friend, and I've been a loyal customer ever since. My car is definitely on the older end, so it needs maintenance and replacement of parts due to wear and tear.

Took my 1997 Tacoma to DOC Auto to have the radiator, timing belt, water pump and clutch replaced on my truck. They gave me a good deal on the labor. Mechanics where very knowledgeable on replaced parts. They took the time to show me how my old parts failed and detailed pictures on how they installed the new parts. I will most definitely return again for my truck project and future ones.

Had great service today with the team at DOC's. I had a dead battery around the corner from the shop and they offered to give me a jump and a replacement battery at a great price. I drove over to the auto shop and was greeted by many different staff members. Being a woman I sometimes feel like they take advantage of me but I didn't feel that way at all.
The place was clean and very organized. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. I appreciate great service and it shows they truly take pride in taking care of their customers. I'll definitely be back for my auto care needs.

I can't say enough good stuff about this shop. Family owned business. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle to give a 2nd opinion from another shop with extremely high prices. Replaced from struts, control arms and sway bars. Prices for parts were well below the other shop.. control arms roughly 50% cheaper.. and labor around 2/3 the price. I have a super smooth ride now and they did it all the same day. This shop is not close to my home, but I will never take my car anywhere else after this experience. The absolute best.
