Aggressive criminal defense for those charged with DWI, marijuana or drug possession, theft and juvenile crimes. Federal Law can stop foreclosure instantly and force creditors into a repayment plan for those who qualify. Texas harshly punishes drug crimes so you need a tough criminal defense attorney to protect your rights.
My husband and I hired David and we are really glad we did. Within a short time he got our situation straightened out. He was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs an honest lawyer in Amarillo. He was so helpful and respectful and very nice to work with.

David was a great lawyer to deal with. I had a small business that expanded too fast and I wound up having to file bankruptcy. He spent a lot of time with me and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. David did a great job on my husband's bankruptcy. He resolved years of IRS tax problems and helped him close his business and get his debts taken care of.
Chapter 7 bankruptcy is the most common form of bankruptcy in Amarillo, and offers a way out of debt for individuals and families who cannot make ends meet. In Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Amarillo Attorney David Enos files a petition for bankruptcy in the Amarillo Bankruptcy Court on behalf of the debtors and federal law takes effect immediately that prevents creditors and their attorneys from taking any action to collect on your debts.
Chapter 13 is a reorganization of debts for individuals. When you file Chapter 13 bankruptcy in Amarillo your debts are consolidated and reduced to one monthly payment that you can afford based on your monthly disposable income; letting you catch up on any delinquent payments on homes and vehicles, while keeping your property.
Your first plan payment is required by law to be due 30 days from the day your bankruptcy is filed. For most clients that are living paycheck to paycheck the plan payment will be based on the amount required to pay the arrears on their home and vehicles over the life of the plan. We will take that amount and add in the required trustee's fees etc. and divide that by the number of months in your plan (usually 36).
Many homeowners in the Texas Panhandle live in dread of foreclosure - a nightmare that in today's economic environment is a real possibility. But Chapter 13 bankruptcy can stop foreclosure and provide debt relief for those who qualify. If you are having trouble making your mortgage payment, you need to take action now to protect your home.

Six years ago my wife, daughter and I talked to David Enos about the financial problems our daughter was having after he job loss and divorce. We liked the way David listened to us and cared about her situation. David was very patient with her and her filed bankruptcy for her. The case went smoothly and she was at last debt free. Over the next few years she followed the advice that David gave her about reestablishing her credit and was able to finance another car and got a credit card to further build her credit score.

I found Mr. Enos with nothing more than a prayer. We had researched so many attorney's and gotten the same story. An astronomical price, for something my son so desperatley wanted. Evan asked for a real dad, every year one that wanted him and that would stay around. Through the help of David Enos, my Evan got that this year for Christmas. David is so professional and upfront and he really has a heart for doing this and that is very aparent. Thank you Mr Enos from The Garrison Family!

He spent a lot of time with me and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. He even filed my case out of town so that no one other than those I listed in my bankruptcy even knew I filed.

Mr. Enos was a really great divorce attorney. my wife was abusive to me and our two boys when we were home alone, but acted like a nun when other people were around. We had a temporary hearing where the Judge decided on custody and child support in January. David had the Child Protective Case worker that investigated our case testify and got her to admit that she thought I was a level headed father and that my wife had psychological issues, lied on a regular basis and probably had a drug problem.

Would not recommend David Enos to anyone. Got everything situated before court and he ended up sitting with my ex wife before court started. Divorce decree stated for me to pay spousal support to my ex wife, and I did so per divorce decree. One year later they took my income tax money and they were saying I was behind. I had all my documents showing that I was all paid up and current. Mr. Enos told me he would go to the attorney general himself and handle it within 3 days. 3 weeks later he told me someone that was working there no longer worked there so he wasn't going to represent me anymore
