These jokers wanted $125 to install a $20 piece of hardware it takes 15 mins to replace. I asked for a price breakdown of time and material but that was too much for the president Brian D. Stacy to calculate. Taking advantage of old folks. All I was looking for was the part's make and model number so I could order one and install it myself, price, $125.
