I absolutely love everyone at Kaibab Animal Hospital. Their priority is my fur baby, and take outstanding care of her when she's there.
I love the wellness plan and take advantage of the two free cleanings a year, free office visits, and shots.
They also do a follow up call as well as appointment after any procedure, and genuinely care about the welfare of my doggie.
I highly recommend them to everyone.

So this clinic is not just unprofessional and incompetent but a big liar! They response from my first review stating that I did not actually called their office to request Bravecto for my dog, they found nothing on file???? First of all I have a record on file that I called, and by the way it was a man who I spoke too, either it's Jacob or Sabien. I waited 2 days waiting to hear from them when my pet's meds will be available just to find out that no one send a request to the pharmacy coz yeah, they stating that no record on file I called. So I have no other choice but to call Chewy and ordered

Everyone that works here is extremely compassionate and loving towards our animals. They are all competent and able to answer any questions we have. They have been there for us through a lot of stages in our pets lives and we are thankful that we never feel the need to get a second opinion. Very rare to get this level of care and service! This was a great clinic for a long time. I enjoyed my visits and interacting with vet and the staff, getting to ask questions, and just generally watching how the staff treats my dog. But ever since COVID, for some reason the clinic has refused all visitors, even with a mask or vaccinated, and seem to be absolutely terrified of any contact with the outside world. For example, last summer they asked me to wait in my car so that a staff member could come out to 'pick up' my dog. When the staff member got there and I opened up my driver-side door to hand off my dog, the staff member backed away. When

Very disappointed that they are still doing curbside check-in. Sitting in a car in over 110 degrees when everything else is open has caused me great concern. I saw an older woman sitting outside in the shade because she had an older car and could not run the A/C for the long wait. I volunteer for a rescue that uses this vet and applaud the quality of care they have given the foster dogs in the past, but during COVID they have been very difficult to work with and obviously not following the science.

First of all the receptionist has no idea what is going on and when you can't see your pet while it's being treated this is a big problem. Secondly, after my dogs minor surgery she was crying all night and struggling to breathe. I was so scared she was going to stop breathing I did not sleep all night. The next morning when I called they didn't even have the decency to have the vet call me to explain what the issue could have been. I also had some questions regarding the way the bill was laid out for me to submit it to insurance and I can't even put into words how RUDE and nasty Nancy was on the

Kaibab Animal Hospital is amazing!!! They took in our puppy, Grizzly for his first well check and parvo shot. The staff was very friendly, professional and answered every question we had. They even emailed us the next day just to check on Grizzly after his shot. I am VERY comfortable with Kaibab providing medical care for our fur baby and highly recommended them!!!

Great vet clinic with great staff and veterinarians. They took our pet insurance and had us quickly in and out.
Few things to note:
1. Due to covid, everything is being handled via curbside. Park, call them, they take your animal, they bring out paperwork.
2. Make sure you have an appointment before you go - they are not walk in, and are typically quite busy.
3. Due to them being very busy, it seems like they tend to not check all of their emails for any documentation you sent prior to your visit. Either remind them or fill the paperwork in person.

I have been going to this vet office for a few years, they were great. Not so much anymore. I understand being busy, but they also need to account for sick pets. When I asked for the soonest spot they could fit… in an appointment for a geriatric dog with V/D & lethargy, would have thought they would have tried to fit her in. Nope. They offered an appointment 6 days later. SIX DAYS! AND they didn't seem to care at all, no follow up questions, no recommendations of what to do or where else I could take her.
Just keep this in mind that when you need them most, they won't be there for you

Thank you Dr. McGinnis and Alicia for taking such great care of Lava (and Ernie) today! Lava was very nervous about going to the vets office for an ear infection but the staff a Kaibab helped make her feel… right at home. Ernie came along for moral support for his big sister and ended up getting some yummy treats out of it. In addition to the staff being great, the office is very clean and they even have sky lights in the exam rooms. The Clinic cats Benny and Max were adorable additions as well.

I am very disappointed in the Hospital. I met the owner at an event and we discussed a DNA test and the costs being less than $100. When we went to his facility we again were quoted less than $100 again per dog to do have the DNA test for our two dogs. When i went to have the DNA test it was now $189 almost double the price. I walked out and ask to have my dog removed from there records as I will never got back to this place again. Please make sure that you do not get taken for money at this place or lied too. Dissatisfied pet owner.

We arrived without an appointment with our poorly dog. They had warned us they would be busy that day, but they still saw us straight away and got our Foxy an X-ray really fast. we took up probably an hour or more of their time but they were patient and understanding. While the diagnosis was not what we wanted to hear, the service and compassion… this place offers is above and beyond what anyone hopes for when it comes to their pets. They have always been our first choice over any other clinics. Our dog who hates vets is comfortable there and overall, its a welcoming place that takes everyone
