We have been going to this place for last few months and had mixed experience with their services. Food is great but service is generally mediocre at the best. But today was very disappointing. First, the waiter staff took 10 mins just to show up. After she shows up, she got water for only two of us and forgot about the kid. She had to be reminded to give straws when she showed up next time. Now, we again wait for her to show up to take order and she does not, so we go to reception to complain and the two of the waiting staff show up at same time and both unapologetic for any delay. The service was okay. Food was very good. I am leaving a 2 star review because the prices in the menu was not what I was charged. Small tropical margarita is listed at $9.99 charged $12.99. Guac listed for $5.50 charged $6.00. Unfortunately I gave the server my card before getting the receipt and paid the price. Not happy about it.

Second time I came in to see the great love music and sat down at the bar. The staff was so busy scrubbing down the bar area with smelly chemicals that I waited over ten minutes before I finally called over a bus boy who got the bartender who then poured me a beer with her gloves on that she was cleaning with. They dont seem to want anyone to stay for the music which is fantastic.

This place has definitely taken a turn for the worse! 18 months ago I raved about the food but that was then. When we arrived I asked for a paper menu. The steak fajitas (for dinner) where priced at $12.99. That's what I ordered. The steak burrito was priced the same. None of us were overly impressed by the service or the quality of the food but even less so when I received the bill, which at the time I failed to question. The fajitas where now $19.99 and the burrito was $14.99. Later the manager told me those were the prices!
