My dog was really matted, they did as i asked and she looked great! Although we had to start over, she had no knicks from the blades, her skin wasn’t injured and her coat was shiny. I feared the worst because I took her to Petsmart on Gaston Ave., and they were unable to groom her and spoke of sedation 😱😔!! Thanks Life Animal Care for taking really great care of my Koda😘. PS…I will definitely do better with brushing her and she is now a life time customer

I took our older (13 yr old) German Shepherd for a grooming appt. LAC was recommended to me. It was our first visit there. It was a great experience. B looked wonderful when we picked her up. I apologize for not remembering the groomers name, she was caring, knowledgeable and very welcoming. Not only will we definitely be going back for more spa days for B, but B and I highly recommend LAC.

IF I COULD SELECT ZERO STARS, I WOULD. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. As I waited at the clinic, Dr. Seda walked right past me and went on to lunch even though he had been called to assist. This clinic has poor communication, poor customer service, and lacks a flexibility to support your pet’s needs. They seem to be more interested in their bottom line rather than customer/pet needs. I will not be returning. There are a lot of really good vets in the area. Save yourself some aggravation and go somewhere else!

Phenomenal clinic for your four-legged freeloader. Everyone there is friendly and compassionate. We've only been for routine checkups and grooming so I can't write about major medical issues. However, if they do the little things so well, I'm confident they're capable of handling most of your pet's needs.
