My dad and i stopped by today 7/2/21 i bring our own oil change and ask how much for labor. he reply back $35 and i ask if you can give $30 (i'm previous his customer) he start upsetting and told me if you want to do just do it if not "i don't care" because this place is not negotiable. don't go there if you dare be my guest.

I would generally suggest that you avoid this place. I brought my car in to get my AC checked with the suspicion of a leak, and they said they would check it out. They vacuumed the coolant to put in new coolant and sure the car was cool for a little while, but the leak was never fixed. They never checked or cared to fix the leak, just pumped in coolant for a temporary fix, which was not what I requested. I'm out $150 for a poor job. Shame on you.
Edit: Spoke to Ken and he agreed to check out the problem further, will revise the review depending on the outcome of the situation.

This shop is built on honesty. For example, when my dealership repair shop wanted to sell me a new set of shock absorbers ($1600!) for my Prius, I got a second opinion. That's how I started with these guys. And one year later - no, make that now 3 years later as I'm updating this in 2017! - I still don't need shocks. Great repair work. True blue. Look no further.
