I paid Robert Todd $1200 to draft a privacy policy and client contract. The money was paid up front and I was told that my documents would be completed within the week. A week later, I never heard anything from Robert. I then started calling and emailing, only to reach his assistant, who said he will have him give me a call (which he never did, nor did he respond to my emails) When Robert finally called back, he told me that he had been sick and that is why the documents had not been completed. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I stayed patient, and he said they would be done in 3 more days
